Description of Work: This company saved me thousands of dollars. I had gotten quotes from other companies that told me I needed a new sewer pipe. Morgan Miller informed me that a lot of pluming companies in the Kansas City area work on commission. The companies that quoted me $10,000 and $15,000 for a new sewer line worked on commission. They didn't bother to tell me that the pipe was not cracked or broken. Joe from Morgan Miller ran a camera down the line and saw no breaks or cracks. He cleaned the sewer line out for less than $500. I am forever indebted to this company for their honesty! Beware of other KC plumbing companies, even if they have great ratings.

Description of Work: "Master bedroom shower was leaking into garage for several weeks. I originally called Genesis Plumbing who first of all didn't come out when scheduled. They put this off on a ""new computer system."" When they did come out the service provider told me that I needed a new drain in the shower, but that he would have to look for the correct size as it was not a standard size drain. That was seven weeks ago. I never heard back from Genesis plumbing. I then joined Angie's List and came |across many favorable reviews for Morgan-Miller plumbing. I contacted them via e-mail and stated my plumbing issue. The receptionist contacted me within a few hours and was very kind and helpful as she made the appointment. The service technician came out on time. He assessed the leak from the shower to the garage ceiling. He determined that it was not a simple drain problem. I need to have the entire shower replaced and the mold cleaned up that has built up from the shower to the garage ceiling. The technician was very thorough, professional, and did not charge me for this visit. He then referred me to a company that Morgan-Miller works with to begin the recovery process. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Morgan-Miller Plumbing and would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs."

Description of Work: Had to have annual sewer pipe drilled out due to tree root growth. They were very responsive and explained which trees were responsible and answered all my questions. The plumber even noted my account so that the right amount of drill line would be brought out initially. They are great.

Description of Work: The plumber took care of the problem in the bathroom in less than 30 minutes. I was amazed!

Description of Work: I had them re-plumb my whole house a few years ago. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I have since used them for drain cleaning and various other plumbing jobs. They are always prompt and very accommodating.
