The gentleman that came to do the work the first time was very prompt and very professional. He cleaned out our gutters and checked our roof. He also ended up doing a minor repair on one of the gutters and trimmed a tree away from our roof, both of which was not included in the service he was here for. He spoke to us about the repairs that he recommended doing to our roof. The company sent us very detailed estimates of repair for our roof. We hired them back to do the repairs that we needed done and they did a great job! Our dining room finally doesn't leak anymore! I would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly office personel very prompt on calling cause the weather was bad for gutter cleaning. Rescheduled each time . Was on time . Very efficient job.

Used an Angie's List coupon to get a very reasonable fee for cleaning my gutters. The employee arrived on time, did a great job and did a good job cleaning up. The employee also suggested some roof and stack maintenance that should be done, I asked for an estimate and he said I would receive one in the mail. The estimate was received very timely, was reasonable but as we were running out of good weather i decided to wait until Spring.

Very good. The work was performed on time and the quality of work was excellent. They did a good job cleaning up and there was no damage to the yard or the shrubs. I noticed my weather vane had fallen down 3 months later and they sent Charlie by to put it back up for me. That was service above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitly use them again. Five stars for sure.

Great service. He showed up when expected and thoroughly cleaned the gutters. Also, he repaired some lose shingles on our one-year-old roof and even removed the branch that caused the damage. Would definitely recommend this company.

The company responded quickly to my call, scheduled a near-term time to inspect the roof, did the work and left a report. And clean gutters. In addition to the work, we have a good sense of the cost of repairs that we have known probably needed doing, but we've been lazy about getting estimates. Altogether a good experience.

Terrific service! He called a half hour ahead of time to tell me he was coming so I could come home from work to meet him and he was very prompt. He did an excellent job of cleaning our gutters and cleaned up around the house from what was blown out of the gutters as well. I have since recommended him to two friends...great work!

The repair went very well. I had originally purchased a coupon for gutter cleaning and roof inspection which revealed some portions of the roof that need repair. I was very pleased that when I called about a portion of the gutters not being cleared, they came right back out and apologized for missing the small portion of gutter over the garage. I have known for a while that the dryer vent to the roof was missing a cover because a few birds have found their way into the back of my dryer. So, in addition to repairing and replacing sections of the roof, they added a cover to both the dryer vent and furnace which were both missing covers and allowing birds access to my house! I will definitely call Larry Vaught Roofing again.

Dan cleaned out the gutters, caulked areas that needed it, and inspected the roof for any issues, especially regarding an area we had found was leaking. His inspection found that while the roof was installed fairly well, there are issues that he recommends be addressed. This included, most importantly, repairs to the area where we have a leak. He caulked that area to provide a temporary fix and was going to provide us bids for the work he recommended. Those bids were for work he thought was critical and needed to be done immediately, work that could wait 2-3 years, and work that didn't necessarily ever need to be done.

The inspection was very thorough. Larry found some problems with the installation of a flat section of the roof that had been replaced a few years ago. He also sealed off a number of edges that had been badly done and fixed a gutter. He provided a bid for a new roof (upon my request). His bid is not the lowest, but he seems very serious about providing a quality job.

The appointment was setup for a specific time and Charlie called about 20 minutes prior to coming. He showed up on time and started to work after I told him where I thought the problem areas were. He was very careful to get all of the maple seeds out of my gutters and downpouts. These seem to be the main culprit in plugging the gutters. After a little bit over an hour, he was finished. He took the time to explain to me what he saw and where it was occurring. I will definitely use their services again.

When I called the office to make the appointment, the lady that answered the phone was very nice. She worked with me to find the best time and day for me. Charlie called about 20 min before he arrived to make sure I was home. He was on time and a very nice guy. He did a great job and answered all of my last minute questions. I wasn't sure about any extra cost for the clogged downspout. He said if he could just blow it out without having to manually unclog it, then there would be no charge. He also measured the total feet and gave me a final quote of how much it would be for the additonal feet of gutters that I needed cleaned. He cleaned up the leaves that were knocked down on the ground, porch and deck. Overall, just a great experience with this company and I recommend them for this type of work. I would also call them for an estimate if I need any other roofing projects.

The gutter cleaning went great! The man had to deal with the screens that covered the gutters once in awhile, but that did not stop him. I was pleased with the work and impressed by the quality of the service. We also did need a new roof. Vaught Roofing gave us a very professional estimate. I would have felt comfortable dealing with them (because of the A rating), but we ended up choosing another company because that bid was much lower.

I rated the price as A because I had purchased a "Big Deal" coupon. I think their standard non-deal price is just in line with other roofers. I might have gotten a similar price from a handyman, but I prefer to have a roofer inspect the roof and gutters at least once a year since I never get up there. The person was scheduled for between 12 and 3:00. He called at 12 to say when he'd be here and he was right on time. He seemed to do a thorough job of cleaning, spending a fair amount of time on the job. He seemed very professional, and answered all my questions. He mentioned some areas of the roof to have monitored over the next year or two, but said things were in good condition overall. I can't make any judgment about their roofing work since I've never used them for roof repairs, but the gutter cleaning went very well. My very limited experience with the office (scheduling the job) also was a good experience.

Easy to schedule, Showed up on schedule. Very professional. Explained what needed to be done and then did an excellent job on the repairs.

Overall, I am relieved to have the assurance that the gutters of my house are clean, and nothing is in them to impede the movement of rain water or snow melt to the downspouts and away from the house. Mr. Vaught was courteous and friendly.

He arrived on time,and did a great job, He offered suggestions for things to do in the future, but did not try to sell me anything or scare me about the condition of my roof which I really appreciated. I will definately use this company again and recomend them to others.

Overall, it went great. I was very pleased with the work that was done as well as the "big deal" coupon process.

The contractor repaired several shingles and added minor flashing which solved the leaking problems. He also advised us to replace the spinning roof vents with static vents to better vent the attic. We contracted with him for a reasonable price to do this work at a later date and were very satisfied with his work.

Dan was very courteous, professional and thorough. At my request, he applied rust retardant spray paint to pipe stack and attic vents. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. Larry Vaught installed the roof some 18 years ago, and I will stick with Larry Vaught for my future roofing needs.

They came out to give us a free quote and the price was several thousand below the others we received. However the professionalism shown by the gentleman who came out was outstanding and he told us what we needed and also what we didn't. We set a date for them to come out and they took two days to complete the job. You would never know at the end of each day they had even been such was the level of care they took to clean up. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great job at a great price.
