Description of Work: I do not recall the exact date, it was a few years ago, but I had them replace all my gutters and put gutter guards on and one new drain spout. I discovered them after Allstate required I use them for a review of multiple appraiser's on a hail damage insurance claim a few years ago. While I was not happy nor did I agree with their call on not replacing my roof and suggesting to replace the shingles instead of replacing the roof, they did also say my gutters had some hail damage and they were already leaking really bad. I decided it was time to get new gutters and I had always wanted gutter guards. I went with them to replace the gutters and they did a excellent job. They also bid me a very fair price I thought for the job. Recently one of the corners I thought had start to leak, so I asked them to come look at it and fix it. I was not sure if they would come look at it and fix it or if they would tell me I was past a year. It seems like any more no one wants to fix any problems past a year after they do a job, so I was really glad to see that they were going to send a guy out to look at it. They guy just came and he said that my gutter had clogged and was not draining, so it was not actually leaking, but just pouring over the side, which made it look like it was leaking, but it wasn't. He washed it out and re-calked it all just to make sure. He sad I could wash it out once or twice during the summer and fall to make sure it didn't do it again. The gutter in the front of my home where there are many 90 degree corners is where they used to clog all the time, so I never even though to check if it was clogged in the back where I thought it was leaking.

Description of Work: The tech (who I believe was the owner) repaired my roof leak and also several other trouble spots he discovered- he seems to have gotten it right since U haven't had any problems since. He did give me a bid on a new roof, however, that seemed really high to me, though I'm sure they would do a really good job.

Description of Work: The roof is 14 years old and recently developed a leak around the furnace flue. It needed the leak fixed and routine maintenance based on the age. Charlie repaired the roof at the leak and sealed around all other protrusions. He went out of his way to remove two "eye" hooks from where an antenna had been mounted and sealed off the areas. He gave us a very reasonable estimate to correct some flashing placement done incorrectly when the roof was installed. I felt I got "personalized" service in that I told him we would be moving next Spring and wanted only to preserve what we had. I was thrilled to be told that the roof had approx 4-6+ years left. The roof is no longer leaking and I will be hiring the company to do the recommended work.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Vaught Roofing. The inspection and maintenance were performed as purchased in the "Big Deal" A bid for further work to address additional concerns was developed. Vaught Roofing prepared the bid in an add-on style with most critical repairs listed in order. We were able to select the repairs we could pay for at that point. We'll have additional work completed as our budget allows.

Description of Work: This Deal Includes the Following: Clean all debris from roof pans Inspect all flashings including walls, valleys, chimneys, and skylights Caulk all flashings necessary Re-seal all heat stacks and soil boot pipe flashings Repair any nail pops and loose shingles Check for damage caused by weather, animals or any other acts of nature A written estimate for any additional work needed will be provided for the customer.

Description of Work: Workman sealed collars on all vent pipe flashings and resealed counter-flashing around chimney.

Description of Work: I bought the Angies List Deal of 2 hours roofing repair for $199. I knew I had a tiny hole from the end of a limb hitting the roof. I could see the hole from the ground. Most roofing companies have a $350 or $400 minimum charge.
