Went great. The gentleman that came out to my house was on time and listened well. He got the job done quickly and was very honest with his assessment of the problems with my gutters.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. They came out, did what they had to do, and did a good job. I would have them back again, if we needed some work done.

The service from LARRY L VAUGHT ROOFING, INC. was good, it was good and they did a good job. Actually, my daughter was at home, she is not home but they did a good job, though I didn't get to see their courtesy but I am sure they were. I am sure they were there on time, me not being there I would still give them an 'A' as my daughter didn't complain about it. I would definitely use this provider in the future.

The service provided to me by Larry L. Vaught Roofing, Inc. was good. He did a really good job. I got an estimate for some other work from him. They did the gutter cleaning really well and quickly. The worker was very friendly and very helpful. I had some questions. He checked the roof over and it was not even in the bid to do that, when we got the gutter cleaning. He said the roof looked good. He kind of went out of his way to do some extra things to be very helpful. I don't have anything negative to say about him. I've had no issues with my gutters since I had the cleaning. I chose them because of the good reviews on Angie's List and because they were able to come out pretty quickly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. We ended up spending about $2500. They did excellent work.

I was told that they don't usually do flat roof repair but if it was a "straight-forward repair", they would have considered doing it. However upon inspection, my flat roof would require more extensive repairs than they wanted to bid on. This was based upon some cracks in the stucco masonry on my house and several areas where he saw rot in wood trim He thought this could possibly be the cause of leaks as well. After inspecting the flat roof, he climbed on top of the main roof and inspected that, and took pictures before leaving. He said I would get a call and a letter in the mail but he was pretty sure his boss would decline doing the work. I was mailed a written proposal of the work they felt I needed to have done as well as a list of contractors I could call to get their estimates. I was disappointed that I could not do business with them as I felt they were a reputable business, but I understand their decision. I have since gotten another roofer to do the job who is not listed with Angie's List.

Larry L. Vaught Roofing, Inc. was good. He was very knowledgeable about the roof. They did some repair work that needed to done right away. We had them come out later to do some of the repair work. They did some repair work that needed to done right away. Then he gave us an estimate on some repair he said didn't need to be done right away, but in the future, probably would be helpful. He spent a lot of time. He educated us a little bit on some of the aspects of the roof. He gave us some ideas of what we can do in the future to make sure the roof stays viable. He was very good. It took him a little time to get out here.

Things went well. He explained that the problem was not the roof but moreso the flashing. This is an 8-year old roof and he said it seems to have ben properly installed except that the flashing was not done quite thoroughly. He plugged the area where the water was coming in and (so far) we have had no further problems. The man was pleasant and considerate - I could recommend their services again.

Good. They were on time, quick and thorough

They came out, gave us a quote and worked with us to pick the color roof we wanted. The sales guy didn't undersell us or oversell us, he helped us make the right decision for our house. This company is very busy, so we did have to wait four or five weeks. I work from home, so got to meet the crew and foreman. Great guys. Very friendly and very patient with me when I had questions. They got the work done in two and a half days and their cleanup afterwords was impressive. Great attention to detail, too. There were a couple of nooks in our roof... and I wondered if they would miss them. Nope. They did those up right too. This was a great experience from start to finish. I even called the company to let them know how happy I was with the work and the crew. The price might seem a bit steep, but the sub roof and gutter guards added to the cost. We did get quotes from other companies... and their "off brand" (for lack of better words) shingles were close to the same price. I think we got a great deal for the money.

Purchased an offer for a full gutter cleaning for $99. Scheduling was easy and the technician was on time. The work was completed satisfactorily. While there, they also identified several improvements that could be made to our roofing and guttering. Not high pressure sales, just suggestions with a detailed bid on what could be done with prices.

I called them for gutter cleaning using the Angies buy it now 99.00 discount. The gentleman who came was extemelypolite and professional. It ended up my gutters were only clogged by two down spouts and Dan cleaned them in less than 5 minutes. So to get my money's worth, he tacked down several shingles for me and caulked around a pipe that was leaking into the attic. Better yet, he pointed out that the AC/heating duct was no longer attached to the vent and let me know I needed to call an AC person soon to get that fixed before further damage was done by exhausting into the house versus outside. That was also a health hazard and I so appreciated his extra, over and beyond, service. I won't use anyone but this company for any and all future gutter/roof issues.

He's excellent. He did the estimate in phases; like if I wanted to do just this much work, if I wanted to add on this much work and then finally like a big deal. It was nice because it's easy to grasp; I don't really need all of this but I can do bits and pieces and he was comfortable with all of that. I did recommend him to my parents. He was professional and helpful in explaining what was going on. I live near Grand View and he's an excellent source for this area.

The job went very well. The workers showed up on time, worked all day, and cleaned up the yard every night. They were all easy to communicate with. They are actual employee's of the company, not contractors. The only negative is that they took longer to get to our job that we had origionally been told. But that may be evidence that they are busy because they do good work. The job was done quickly, completely and we found very little evidence in the yard after the work was done - very clean. They took much time and attention to protecting our landscaping, yard, driveway ,etc. We were very happy with the job they did.

The office is efficient and friendly. Chris met with me at my home, walked around the house with me and answered all my questions. He was punctual, polite and prepared with samples for me to view. I only got two estimates and they were a little higher so I did not go with them. It was a hard decision for me as I have used this company before and was very pleased with them.

I set up an appointment that was within a 3 hour window. They called prior to arrival and also let me know they are running about 15 minutes late. The service man was very friendly and told me exactly what he saw that needed to be done. All work was covered by the gutter cleaning coupon for $99. The clean up was excellent and he even blew off my porch and driveway.

I was not at home when the work was done, but the worker called to let me know the when he began the job and then called later to let me know that the Angie's List deal would not completely cover the work. I gave the OK to continue and came home to clean gutters with no mess around the house.

They did a great job. And I have no complaints. They are top notch. Very dependable, and they keep their promises.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. I felt that they weren't interested in doing a good job of what I hired them to do: clean my gutters. Instead, I was left with the strong feeling that for them, the gutter cleaning was just an avenue for them to try and sell me unneeded work on my roof. The company representative did clean the gutters, but didn't finish the job by also cleaning the downspouts. After the company left and when it rained, the water all collected in the gutters because it couldn't get down the newly clogged downspouts. The water instead just poured over the sides of the gutters. My husband and I had to clean the downspouts ourselves. Because of the late snows this year, we had to reschedule with this company several times. I don't blame them entirely for having to change the gutter cleaning dates 3 times, but do feel that they could have communicated a little better and further in advance. In addition, the person assigned to my gutter cleaning (who didn't do a great job), was very concerned about talking to me about roofing work. Instead of just performing the job I paid for, he followed up several times about wanting to meet with me to point out any roofing work he thought I might need done. (I just got a new roof 2 years ago, so there was honestly very little to review or discuss about that topic.) Point being: I felt
