I needed a quick evaluation and estimate if there was any damage to the roof that needed immediate attention. I have a house with a tenant living there while I am out of town, and the tenant was concerned but not seeing leaks. Vaught Roofing came over, did a thorough look and gave me estimates. They did not find any fundamental problems, they told me so, but they gave me quotes for a future replace project for my files. Very professional.

With my not knowing the linear footage of the gutter system, with integrity, Dan stated there was not more than what the Big Deal allowed. Using a ladder (which had been requested), he seemed to conscientiously, thoroughly remove debris from the gutters. He checked the underground and surface downspouts to make certain they were not plugged. For a reasonable additional fee, he sealed a gutter seam that was leaking water with every rainfall. Afterwards, this loyal representative took the time needed to clean the residue from the driveway, patio, and porch. Dan graciously, patiently answered my questions and added information or suggestions when appropriate. All in all, I was very pleased. Everyone with whom I came in contact at Vaught was pleasant, helpful, and competent. Under the same terms, I would not hesitate to use this company again and would certainly consider them for other types of service.

I had some soft spots on my roof and I did not know what needed to be done to avoid a larger problem down the road. I tried Kurt Pierson Roofing and they never showed up. I also tried Westwood Roofing and they never showed up either. (No idea why in either case. Seems like terrible business.) Anyway, I was pleased with Larry Vaught Roofing right off the bat when they actually scheduled a time to meet me at my house to look at my roof instead of just saying they'd show up eventually whether I was there or not. On the day of the visit Charlie called ahead as they said he would. He spent a good 30 minutes thoroughly inspecting my roof. And then he spent about 15 minutes explaining to me the status of my roof and what I would need to keep an eye on down the road, because he was not recommending a repair at this time. He charged me nothing for his time and expertise and he even gave me the name of another roofing company he suggested I might use for a special flat part of my roof down the road if it ever needed replacing. Charlie made my day.

After several rains since this work was done, we have experienced no leaks where the roof had previously leaked. We feel confident this work solved our problem and will prevent problems in the future. Our experience with this company has been that they do exceptional work. The cost is more expensive than other roofers, but it's worth the extra cost to know the job is done well. This company is very professional, always providing a detailed proposal giving the work they will do and the cost for each repair. They are prompt and complete the work in a reasonable time, weather permitting. We have used this company for 20 years to make repairs to our roof. Unfortunately, we did not use them to replace our roof several years ago and, thus, had to have these repairs made.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. They gave me an estimate on a lot of things that were wrong with my roof. It would be quite expensive and they made it clear that I could do it one step at a time. He was up there a long time. He was very knowledgeable. He was prompt and courteous. He seemed to be very professional and he knew his job. I was happy with everything he did. They actually called me and told me that it was going to be expiring soon. I would definitely use them again.

It was fine. They did a good job. They kind of talked me into a full roof repair which I don't think I really needed so I just put that off. Other than that, they did the work that they promised and I was happy with that. They gave me a quote for a full roof replacement but I didn't ask for a quote for a full roof replacement. That has struck me of them being a little pushy.

They went out of their way by replacing damaged shingles and air vents, in addition the inserting flanges into siding that was a cause of interior water damage. They also repaired roof ridge shingles that was allowing water entry in roof. Very happy with the work and will use them for all my future roofing needs.

Professional, timely, well written detailed estimate provided. We were not ready to replace roof . Exterior house painting turned out to be same price as new roof. Exterior painting was a more immediate need.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. Their work was excellent. We had a guy come out and look at the job, and we asked him about some roof things, and he actually spent about an hour going over the roof. He told us that he would tell us all that needed to be done, and then we would choose what we wanted done. They sent us an itemized list, and everythingn was numbered and categorized. We then decided what we wanted to have done, and we called him up and said that this is what we wanted done, so they sent us a price list, and came out to do it. The guy was excellent at doing his work, and everything was done to my satisfaction. As far as gutter work was done, they did some rework on that, and it turned out perfect. I couldn't say enough good things about them. They honored the part of the deal that they offered, but we got a much larger package.They gave us a fair price on it, and they honored exactly what they said they would do. They came out and bid the job, and in the meantime put an ad saying 10% off, so I called them and told them about it, and they honored that, and gave me exactly the price. I had a little bit of leak, and they took care of it. They were great people to talk to. I have talked to roofing people before, and they don't show up, and they don't answer you correctly, but these guys were perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would have no hesitation to use him and I would recommend him too.

The communication was excellent through the entire process. I knew when they would be there, for how long, and what was to be done. The workers didn't seem to mind that I was interested in what they were doing, in fact, they wanted to show me the quality of their work! The work area was so clean when they were done, I would not have known anyone had been there. I know I spoke to several of the Vaught family members during the process. If I need roof work done. Vaught Roofing will be my first call (and only) call.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. They did an efficient job, came on a Saturday and did a good job. It was raining earlier in the week so they had to cancel because of weather and then came on Saturday.

When we called to schedule the appt for the gutter cleaning, they said the coupon was only good for 100 linear feet. I was concerned because we have a large two-story stone home. Dan came out and did a wonderful job. He was thorough and neat. He also told us that our roof on the main part was in good shape but that we would need to consider work on the sunroom roof. A few weeks later they came out and gave us a bid for the sunroon roof. Last week the came out and did the roof the correct way with a rubber membrane. Leaks have stopped and we would HIGHLY recommend this company. After talking with two different engineers, we have discovered that this system is one of the best ways to go on a roof with little pitch to it.

The man was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. I left before he finished his work and when I returned leaves and dirt where left on the patio and nearby ground. I called the company and they promptly sent someone over to clean up the mess.

I bought the 99 for gutter cleaning special from LARRY L VAUGHT ROOFING, INC. He was very professional, punctual and performed the work expected. It was a challenge considering the gutters are covered with a mesh to help prevent clogging. He discussed with me some options that I might consider in the future and gave me an estimate. Although I was very pleased with him overall, I thought the estimates were very high - and I'm a tight-wad.

They did a great job. They're professional, came when they said they would, have everything they needed to do the job. They were efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. I've recommended them to others and will use them again.
