They were prompt and courteous. The guy who came out to do the initial inspection, Shawn, was thorough, and really took the time to see what was wrong and what would be the best solution. The quote was way more reasonable than I expected, and the work was scheduled without undue delay. When they had to reschedule due to inclement weather that was done promptly. The work was done without any complication, and the bill came quickly. I was really pleased with the overall service and response to my questions.

I was very impressed with the staff at Vaught Roofing. The service guy came out and inspected my roof, I was followed up with by Kevin Vaught, and he explained to me the findings from the inspection. A couple of days later the repairs were done all for the initial cost of the Angie's Deal of $79. I couldn't be happier that I found a roofer that does what they say, and does not try and trick you in any way. We will definitely refer our friends, and do business in the future....

I had four bids on the job and they were the lowest and what they were proposing made sound sense I did not feel they were trying to sell me things I did not need. They were timely got the job done in two days, it was obvious they knew what to do and all worked in unison to get it done timely. They were very careful with protecting the windows and landscape. Their clean up was very impressive, they all worked together like a very well organized team. Being a female I appreciated the respect for my questions, I knew just enough to want informative answers and got them, both from the estimator and the foreman. The foreman was always there and was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced as well as very organized. What little interaction I had with anyone on the job they were polite and courteous.

It went great. Our gutters were frozen for a while and they made sure to reschedule it.

It went really well. They did a good job. The work was done a month later but that was at my request. He wrote up some recommendations for things that I might want to improve on. The guy that came out and did the work was very well informed and was able to show me things on the roof. He could point things out to me and tell me what was going on up there. He was very professional. I thought he did a really good job. I plan to use him again.

I cannot say how pleased I am with the professionalism and ethical way I was treated. I was told exactly what was found during the tune up and how any problems could be fixed. I received a proposal in the mail that matched exactly what I was told on the day that my roof tune up was completed. The proposal includes several options and I was encouraged to try a couple of less expensive options first. I am definitely contacting this company to discuss scheduling the fixes.

We thought we had a leak and we knew about some flashing that needed to be installed before they came out. He identified the flashing issue and caulked around our chimney cap and all protrusions on the roof. Dan did a great job of explaining everything he saw, including good things. The leak we thought we had turned out to be condensation from some ductwork not properly routed in the attic, which Dan identified. The serviceman called ahead giving us time to get home and arrived at the specified time. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get them out to our house within a week.

Everything turned out fine. Scheduling was perfect and I have no complaints. They have a good reputation in town and we were happy with service.

The roofer called and arrived on time in the window they provided. It too about 90 minutes for him to complete his work and look at some areas I was concerned about. He gave a complete oral report and followed up with a written bid by mail.

Done in one day; what more can I say? There was NO bothering with answering machine call-backs; reception (live answering) Cell numbers readily provided AND calls answered, even on the job. If needed to leave message on a cell--call-back was within the hour.

I didn't have any further damage. They took it off in the AEA I was having issues as I didn't feel the whole roof needed it .. Only where leaking . They cleaned up all snow off my deck and cleaned up the mess mad in taking snow and ice off of roof. Very helpful and courteous and very much aware of time , etc.

It went great. They did a very thorough job. I was very pleased and will use them in the future.

Service person was most professional and pleasant to talk to. Provided detailed information regarding the age of the roof and when to anticipate repairs and replacement. Provided comfort that the roof is in good condition and that the roof should last many more years. I will definitely refer them to others and will use them for future roof work.

Initial scheduled date had to be rescheduled due to bad weather which I was fine with. Workman was on schedule and seemed very friendly. He spent an appropriate amount of time cleaning and inspecting. He charged an extra $25 over the "big deal" amount because of extra guttering beyond what was included in the deal. I was expecting that so it was not a problem. I was not able to see what he did on the roof so I have no way of judging the quality with any certainty, but I have no reason to think that he didn't do a good job.

The man who cleaned our gutters was great - and we were pleased with how well he cleaned our gutters.

We purchased a big deal from Angie’s List for them. We were very happy with them. They charged us more other than the big deal as we had some other as well done by them. They were very professional and did a great job.

Everything was handled in a prompt and efficient manner and cost less than other service providers that we have used in the past. From a safety standpoint, I like the idea of using a roofing company to clean gutters because I assume their employees have more experience working on or at the roof line. Also, larger roofing companies are more likely to have ladders that will extend high enough to do the complete job, even if you have a window three stories up on a house with a walk out basement. That has not always been the case with the smaller gutter cleaning companies we have used in the past.

Excellent, reschedules required due to weather but very good follow up and notification on required reschedules. Work completed thoroughly and quickly

It wasn't their fault, due to weather, but it took longer to get it done than I hoped. Maybe if they were more flexible in their scheduling. But all in all, I got exactly what I paid for.

He was very good. Saved me a lot of money by fixing and not replacing the roof.

I was very happy with their work and recommendations.
