Description of Work: The service tech, Tim Cormany, went above and beyond the call of duty. The hourly rate is $85 per hour. The first day, he spent 90 minutes cleaning up the computer, and did it very well. Because he did not have the compatible memory with him for my computer, he said he would bring it the following day. He did not charge me for the 1st day's work. He showed up the following day, promptly, and installed the necessary memory, showed how to operate several new procedures for my computer. He was thorough and very clear with his instructions. He only charged me for the one hour of his time the 2nd day, plus the cost of the ungraded memory he installed. It was a win-win situation all the way around.

 + -1 moreCHRIS WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EASY TO TALK TO. I WAS WORRIED THAT I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM BECAUSE I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVOY. CHRIS TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM FAST AND PROFESSIONALLY. I DIDN'T FEEL TALKED DOWN TO AT ALL.
Description of Work: I WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET. CHRIS CAME TO MY HOUSE THE SAME DAY I CALLED. EVEN THOUGH I HAD ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAMS ON MY COMPUTER, A VIRUS HAD ATTACHED ITSELF TO THE SYSTEM AND BLOCKED ME FROM THE WWW. CHRIS WAS ABLE TO GET RID OF THE PROBLEM AS WELL AS ADD SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO PREVENT SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN.
