+ -1 moreThe spiders and ants have been really bad this year. While the first treatment has seemed to slow them down there is still a little evidence they are still around. Moxie is supposed to schedule a 30 day follow up so hopefully that follow up treatment will make the final difference. They showed up when they promised, actually they were early, he explained exactly what he was going to be doing to treat for my issues. Once the talk was over he went right to work and was in and out in just a little over an hour. I have been thoroughly pleased with the service provided so far but since this is a long term arrangement I will hold off for a final approval until I have completed the full year’s service with them.
Description of Work: They performed the initial visit for $30.00 and then the quarterly visits are $80.00. They treated the yard with a granular chemical to control the ants, spiders, fleas and ticks. They went around the entire house and brushed down all the cob webs and mud dabber nests and then sprayed around the foundation of our house. He then came inside and treated both the upstairs and downstairs as well as the garage and storage areas..

Description of Work: I was having a problem with silverfish. When I called to get estimates, they were very knowledgable, and compared to the other companies I had called, they did a whole lot more for the price. They explained that some of the products they now use are environmentally friendly, and safe for my family. The job took about 45 minutes, and the service technician was very good. He took his shoes off at the door, which is a must for me, without even asking. He got in all the outlets upstairs, underfloorboards, and then treated the full attic. He explained what he had done and that they may have to comeback for a retreat, however, I signed up for the quarterly service, of which all retreats are free. I reccomend these guys to everyone, and I had actually heard of Moxie from another friend who said they were the best. I AGREE!!!

+ -1 moreThey have a very good response time and come out quickly. We had a little bit of an ant infestation problem and it was a persistent problem. When, asked as to why it was taking so long to get rid of the problem, the owner of the company called to let us know exactly what the problem was. The crew is pretty well educated on the subject and they answer my questions. They come out and treat the exterior routinely. They always call the day before hand to see if any areas that we need them to do inside the house or if any concerns that we have. They were one of those companies who were doing the door to door introductory offer and that point their price was really low. But, since then, we are paying the regular rate. I also compared their prices with other companies and found that their pricing is pretty competitive.
Description of Work: They take of the pests around my house and I have been using their service for couple of years. The last time they came, they did the fall treatment.
