The carpets were badly stained with doggy poo due to the dog eating something that upset stomach. They still have visible spots but they may need to dry. The spots are faint and the apartment smells better. The cleaner Dylan was personable, pleasant and worked hard on the spots.

Very great mother/son team who were very pleasant to be around, efficient, easy to be around & also professional. Would definitely recommend to others!

I hired them to empty basement and clean it. The positives were they were on time and they took the junk and trash to the dumpster. They were also supposed to sweep and mop basement. They took there mop bucket, mop, and broom that they brought to basement. Waited awhile then came up said they were done. They said they swept and took the trash by washer. I have a very bad knee. I feel they took advantage of it. When I went down the floors were not swept or mopped. There were still dead bugs, cob webs in corners saw dust on floor, plus more dirt I uploaded a few pictures I do not have a good camera but gives idea. Plus they gave me a quote for cleaning the basement and help with packing some of my dishes and taken to basement. They quoted me $400 when they looked at basement they raised to $500. I was unable to go downstairs and check their work before they left. These are just a few.

Some areas were just not cleaned. Dirt in the corners, crumbs on the floors, some of the steps were obviously not vacuumed at all. Hard floors not mopped. I paid more than twice extra for a ?deep clean?. It wasn?t even adequate for a regular cleaning. Very disappointed.

They assisted with cleaning out my basement did not see that option LOL spoke with Nancy from the very beginning very friendly courteous and listened to my issue she explained no problem provided a cost that was reasonable that I could afford some heavy lifting was needed sent her son and her husband very courteous saw the job and took care of it could not have asked for better service you all are the bomb.com if you want good service this team is for you

They were very friendly but had significant cleaning issues. Asked for the sofa to be vacuumed, only 2 cushions were done, throw pillows were not moved. Multiple areas not dusted. Requested twice for the area under dining room table to be swept and mopped, not done. Not thoroughly swept or mopped. Each time I had to follow behind and reclean. But, they are friendly.

They have done an excellent job for me. They have went above and beyond what i hired them for to make sure i am taken care of.

Nancy was tremendous. She was easy to converse with, flexible where needed, did timely work cleaning the whole home with excellence AND deep cleaned the carpets as well.
