Excellent service and communication

I discussed with them some cleaning that was missed and I wanted to make sure we were on the same page as far as what I expected and they expected. I thought the conversation went well. However, I went on to do somethings and when I came down stairs I found that they had very quietly left. They also left owing me $30.00.

We tried to set up their services, but the Daisy team apparently did not want our business. We reached out to schedule a monthly cleaning service with their team, and was able to get our first cleaning scheduled for the following Tuesday at 4. Tuesday at 4 comes, and they do not show, so we called. They assured us they set for Wednesday at 4, not Tuesday, so not that big of a deal. Then on Wednesday afternoon we received a text saying something came up and they would need to reschedule to the next day, Thursday at 4. Thursday at 4 comes, and no body shows. We tried calling and texting, but still have not received any sort of response back as to what happened or why they did not show. Because of this, I would not recommend reaching out or trying to set up any services with them.

They did my oven and refrigerator. They did a fantastic job! And they were very friendly and personable. They did such a good job, that I am having them back in a couple of weeks for additional cleaning! I highly recommend them!

Deep cleaning and continued bi-weekly cleaning. They are prompt, professional, and thorough.

I scheduled for them to come Thursday to clean my carpets. They called that morning and rescheduled due to the cold, which was fine. My new appointment was for the next day on Friday at 3pm. They never showed up. I called and messaged a dozen times. They never answered or responded! After an hour past my appointment I hired another company and they came immediately and got the job done for me. I will never hire Daisy maids for anything. Can't trust them to keep their word or to show up.

Super easy to work with!

I hired for a move in deep clean. They were here less than 2 hours for $525. Living room mini blinds and laundry bifold doors were not broken upon inspection, no one was in the house after inspection. When I came to the house, mini blinds were broken, bifold door on one side broken ( worked upon inspection), oven was not cleaned, cabinets were not wiped down on exterior or interior, floors were dirty in kitchen, bathrooms and in the family room, showers and tub still had visible dirt, several windows sills were not wiped out, and granite in the kitchen still had grease on it around the stove. I did contact them and they said they cleaned and did not break anything.

Daisy Maids are a mother/son team that came and cleaned our 4bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house that we just bought. They were both very friendly and professional! They even steamed cleaned the carpets. We would highly recommend them!

They are very customer oriented in their approach and did a very good job. We had just had a new floor laid so there was a lot of dust and they cleaned everything very well. We even decided to try recurring cleaning visits every couple of weeks to see how that works out. Very pleased with them and they are so nice!

Daisy Maids helped us complete a complicated and large task that would have taken us much longer without their help. They were professional, friendly , and beyond helpful! Great job!

I paid $400 for 2600 sqft house...they missed a few spots and seemed to breeze through the cleaning. I was told it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. A mother and son came and got it all done within an hour and a half. I am not penalizing them for speed, but it was not a deep cleaning. When I called them about dog hair on the steps they told me an extra $100 and did not offer a discount or to come out to clean the closets they missed. So at the end of the day you will not be unhappy if you use them, but there may be better options for less money.

Very efficient! Asked for Deep home cleaning including carpet cleaning and some inside window washing. I couldn't be more pleased! I have arranged for them to return every two weeks for light cleaning or other small chores. THANK YOU Nancy& Dillan.
