It was great.

My wife did the hiring and setup the schedule with the manager. She was very happy with the attentiveness of the manager and ease of the setting up of all the details of what she desired to happen and when. Have been using this company for a couple of months and are very happy with the results. Usually a 2 person crew that is prompt, effecient, fast and do a very good job. Have recommended this company to several others who have either replaced previously hired cleaning companies or hired for the first time and all have been very happy with their results.

The first visit was to explain how they work and to give us an estimate. The first two cleanings took somewhere between three and four hours, I think. They THOROUGHLY cleaned every surface in the house. Since then they have done the regular cleaning, and every time they have left the house in great shape, clean enough to invite company.They bring all supplies with them and work diligently. They even get down on hands and knees to do the hardwoods! They come in teams to minimize the time spent--about two hours for my regular cleaning. (This is a plus, because my dogs don't like being locked in the basement!) I need to mention here that most of our scheduled cleaning days so far have also been bad-weather days, but they have always been punctual. On one occasion the owner came to clean herself because a team member couldn't get here. The team members have varied a little from visit to visit, but the goal is to have the same people every time, and I expect this will happen as the weather improves. All of them have been pleasant and professional. I have been around the house up to now, but I am now very comfortable with them and am going to give them a key. This is my first experience with a cleaning service, and I am very satisfied. The Cleaning Authority is a franchise, and they've got everything down to a science. Previously I had used individuals, but I had so many problems--no-shows, kids brought to work and getting into things, theft, etc., that I decided to try a service. It costs more (although we get some of that back because we don't have to buy as many cleaning supplies as we used to), but the quality and dependability are worth it, not to mention the fact that they are fully insured. The owners are really easy to work with. I will definitely continue to use the Cleaning Authority.

They are on time and they do a good job. They are flexible if my schedule changes and I need to change the appointment. It looks good when they are done.

They clean my neighbor's house. They show up on time and do a fairly good job. I am not completely happy.

They are an all green cleaning company; they don't use any chemicals. They are very responsive, and they are not very expensive. I like that they don't use any chemicals. They use more natural cleaning products. They come every other Wednesday.

Excellent! Jay (owner/operator) provided an on-site estimate and a detailed explanation of services included in the price. The two initial "detailed cleanings" were completed within two weeks. Jay worked with the crew the first two cleanings and the work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. The crew showed up on the correct day and at the correct time. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend their services!
