Everything always goes very well. The cleaning crews sent were friendly, courteous and very efficient. We've been using The Cleaning Authority - Gladstone for a number of years and they never fail to please us. Highly recommend them.

It's always a team of 2 unless they're in a time crunch then they'll have a 3rd one cleaning, There's an inspector that comes around and checks up on them and I've seen her pop in to check on them so that's a good thing. I would give the current team an 'A' but overall we've had some teams come that weren't up to par. The management did change it and give us a different team. I did call the boss though and request the current team I have because they're good. They always show up in the window that they give.

When they first come in, it's a little more expensive the first time because they do a more thorough cleaning job of every room. They also bring a much larger team that first time. I don't remember anything negative about the visit and I've been using them every 2 weeks since then.

They have been cleaning my house for years. They have always showed up and have done a good job every time. Very flexible for changing times for cleaning due to work and out of town schedule.

Can't say enough nice things about The Cleaning Authority - Gladstone. From the monthly e-mail reminder of my clean date, to Tami and Jay (the owners) who are so quick to respond to any call or e-mail communication, to the wonderful teams of service providers who come to my home each month, I would highly recommend this company. They have been coming to clean for me each month for over 2 years and I have never had a problem with either the quality of the work or the persons who provide it. Tami and Jay are quite flexible and easy to deal with if I need to cancel for a month or change the date. Their service is efficient and thorough and I am very pleased! Call for an estimate and find out for yourself!!

I used the company for several months. Two cleaners would come out for the service. I was not usually home while they did the service. They used their own supplies and did an okay job. I only stopped using them because of cost. I had no problem scheduling a cleaning when I needed.

They get right to work and they are very thorough. Each time I call on the phone I can cancel or change the dates and they are good with that.

I would highly recommend them. I had another company prior to them that were considerably higher and merely didn't do a good job, so I'm very happy with the services they are giving me. When I contacted them initially they came out the next day and when I have contacted them for any reason whatsoever they get back with me just immediately.

I met with Tammi originally and discussed my expectations for cleaning. I asked that my wood and tile floors be vacuumed and scrubbed each time. I asked for the carpets to be vacuumed each time. I asked for my storm door windows to be cleaned each time, with general cleaning of dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cobwebs, etc. each time. The first two times seemed to be pretty good. Then things started to not be done. Last month I called and reminded them that I asked for my storm door windows to be cleaned and they had not been done. I also said my wood floors that have high gloss finish had lots of streaky dirt/wet marks left on them. She offered to have someone come back and redo but I told her that wasn't necessary, as we were really busy. So, yesterday they came to clean. I have a small seat near the front door on tile that was really dirty behind and underneath, so it is so light, I pulled it away from the wall so they would see all the dirt, thinking they would clean it. I came home to find a streaky dirty kitchen floor that had not been vacuumed before using some spray cleaner. It looked like mud had just been moved around. Dirt was all over under the cupboard kickboards, chunks of stuff. It was obvious that it had not been vacuumed. The laundry room had dog food all over the floor yet, the rug had stuff from the dryer on it yet, clearly had not been shook or vacuumed. The trash was thrown in on the floor in the laundry room. As I continued through the house it got worse. The mantle, had not been cleaned or dusted, it had stuff on it from my fall decorating the day before all over the hearth. The seating near the front door that I had pulled out, was shoved back against the wall and the dirt still there. The small wood rocker had not been moved to vacuum under, the marks in the carpet were still there from the runners. I went into the bedroom, to find the bathroom rugs thrown on top of my bed and bedspread. The headboard has knickknacks on it and none of those had been dusted or moved to dust. They dusted between each item with a feather duster but each one had dust around the back of it. The doilies on the furniture were not moved to dust under. Trash and dust were still under the doily. The bathroom shower had been turning black between the tiles and I was able to scrape orange buildup away with my fingernails, all over the shower. I decided enough was enough. I called and requested for Tammi to come look at this mess. She couldn't come but said she would send her daughter. When the daughter arrived and I showed her all these items, she apologized and told me it was very frustrating for her to have jobs done so poorly. She told me they used green products and it didn't clean mold so if I wanted the shower to look differently I would need to use Clorox and they don't use that. So, last night I used a spray Clorox cleaner and the shower cleaned right up. She took pictures to show her Mom. She said they would come back today and clean over and make it right. So, I sat down this morning and wrote out a list of the items we discussed so they would have something to refer to and left it for them. I got home late this afternoon and the house looked and smelled clean. I decided to call Tammi and let her know how nice the house looked and to thank her. She was nasty right away and said I didn't need to leave her people notes and that she had sent me a letter today explaining that they wouldn't be cleaning for me again. I was dumbfounded. Her customer service skills are at the bottom of the barrel. I just said Ok, if that is the way you feel. So, the other reviews talk about them dumping you if you complain about a poorly done job, and that is EXACTLY what happens. I was surprised at the difference of opinions about the whole issue between what the daughter had said and how Tammi acted today. We clearly have different opinions about what "cleaning and deep cleaning" means. I didn't feel good about giving them a key or my garage code and I am really glad I followed my gut on that issue.

I could have written the same review as one already posted with regard to the professionalism of the cleaning crew, the owners' customer service/retention skills, the products they use to clean bathrooms, and on and on. This company has been cleaning my home for about a year now. On the first clean, I met the staff at my home. The gentleman had extremely offensive body odor and neither of the crew were in uniform. They did a pretty good job so I did not say anything to the owners. Everybody needs a job. THE VERY FIRST TIME I called to complain that they had not done a good job, they decided they did not want to do business with me any more. I called because I had specifically left a note about the fact that the shower had not been cleaned very well on the previous clean and asked that they pay special attention to it that day. When I got home, I could scrape soap scum off my shower with my fingers! I called and spoke to Tami, who said they would send someone out the next afternoon to take care of it and they would also send an inspector. I called the office about 9:00 the next morning to find out when they would be back, because I had SEVERAL issues after doing a better review of my home and wanted to meet the people at my home. She informed me that they were already at my home. I went on to explain my dissatisfaction with the fact that my mirrors were so smeared that I could hardly see myself in them, there were cobwebs above the bed in a room that they supposedly had "detailed" the day before. I also asked about an area in my laundry room between the wall and the washing machine (about a 4" gap) that was so filthy and had never been touched. I asked if they could at least use a broom to sweep it out or a vacuum extension, but I was informed that "we don't use brooms." When I again asked if they could vacuum it, evidently Tami decided that was just too much for her people to do for the $100.00. I actually thought that sweeping the floors was included in my price. It evidently is not. I also mentioned that it appeared that my sofa had not been vacuumed either, since there were "crumbs" in the creases of my cushions. I was informed that it was not the week for the sofa to be vacuumed and when I said, "well, maybe that is something we need to talk about," I was told that that is how they do things and if I was not satisfied, then it was probably just not going to work out. This place is a joke. Everything is all sunshine and roses as long as you don't have a complaint. If you do complain, they basically tell you to go screw yourself. I would NOT recommend this company.

It’s great. We are really happy with their service. They charge $110 as a base level and they only include like changing the sheets on your master bed so like if I want the kids’ beds changed, I have to pay a little bit more. They are super dependable. Their teams do a good job and they are very responsive. They will often just going to call and see if everything is going okay or send me an e-mail asking if we are happy or whatever. I think they are pretty competitively priced. They kind of do like a window thing where they will tell you that they’ll come between a certain time but I’ve never had a problem with them not showing up during those times.

Very professional folks. They did a very nice job. Will continue to use them and would highly recommend.

Upon arriving home after my A clean I immediately noticed washable marker and jelly on my kitchen floor around the island...to give the benefit of doubt, I wiped it gently and it came off. I then see that my island cabinets weren't wiped or touched (keep in mind this was my DETAIL kitchen clean) we cook pancakes every morning and they had some drips on the cabinets that we're still there. My French door handles on my freezer felt gross and just Like it did when I left that day...3 little kids pulling on it makes it dirty. I finally decided to call and talk to the owner about it. I reached the male at the office. He really didn't care...I would like to add that my bathrooms were amazingly clean...and to my surprise they tidy up the kids beds :) but unfortunately, I will not do business with this company again. The main reason being because when I called and spoke with the owner about my kitchen he really could care less and ended up being insulting to me. I started my conversation with saying that I want to make sure my expectations were in line with what they do...making sure that I am not over expecting...I offered to send him pictures of my floor...he flat out said no. He was defensive he told me that "you will always be able to find something that isn't done" he the said I need to ask myself "is it worth it for myself? To have 95% of the cleaning done and I only have to do the other 5%".... I told him that I would never have called over the freezer handles etc...but that walking in the kitchen and Seeing this dirty floor area I can't just not ask about it. He preceded to tell me that he didn't know if they could please me ( mind you, this is the first clean they have ever done for me) he told me that " he talked to the gal, and she said that my house was really dirty" really? Hmmm, it probably was somewhat dirty- I was paying a cleaning company to come and clean....did he want me to scrub the floors before they came? Was my house dirty? Yes..was it filthy? No..it was regular once a month 5 people living here including 3 children under the age of 8 dirty, and yes....I clean my toilets and wipe my bathroom counters with clorex wipe in between. He said "well, we do offer a guarantee...if you want us to come back out we can, or we can add it to your notes or you can decide if you even want to do the B clean or not" Basically this company offers a guarantee, but Is offended if you dare to ask for it...so much so, that he has to resort to personally insulting me by saying that my house was dirty. Unprofessional. He also told me that he isn't used to getting calls from the A clean....not true, my friend started the week before me and called about her trim not being wiped and he did not offer to have someone come out he added it to Her B clean and he was grumpy about the phone call. Bottom line is....you can possibly get a decent clean, depending on who is cleaning certain areas of the home that day ...but if you ever have issues which require some customer service, they fall short. I guess you could say their customer service needs to be cleaned up. Disappointing.

The Cleaning Authority did an amazing job. We are beginning biweekly cleanings with them but the first 2 are a deep cleaning so they are a bit more expensive. It is worth every penny. They were here for almost 3 hours and cleaned everything. It was so great to come home to a clean house. We look forward to their next visit and highly recommend them!

I have used The Cleaning Authority for the last 3 months to clean my house. At first I had them clean every week but they did such a great job that now I only need them to clean every other week. The teams (usually 2 people, sometimes 3 ) are thorough and very efficient. The detailing they did on our old white tile shower was fantastic. Nearly looks new. They show up on time and really work hard for 2 hours or more.

These ladies arrived on time and started right to work. They spent about three and a half hours on my house. I just moved from California in June and have had a housekeeper there for many years. I am amazed how much better of a job these ladies do!!! My house sparkled after they were finished. The entire experience was very professional and detail oriented. I'am very happy with the Cleaning Authority and plan a long and happy relationship with them!

I used this company for a while, almost a year... and it worked out great except for the last three months... I signed up with the understanding that I wanted every other week service... I understood that they would rotate the cleaning "focus" and that a different area each time would be "deep cleaned"... but I wanted the bathrooms deep cleaned at least once a month... I thought that was what I was getting... turns out they think a deep cleaning for a bathroom isn't needed except for every other month... that does not work for me... What stood out the most was when the company changed cleaning products. They did away with anything containing bleach in their attempt to be an "all green" company. I agree with that...and do not find that to be an issue. However, I do expect that the cleaning products that they use work... if they don't work then find another solution... unfortunately after bringing this to the owners attention I was told that they could use a product if I provided it, I did... It is under the kitchen sink... They didn't use it. They have one excellent cleaning team (who really have a great attitude and do good work)... the others leave a bit to be desired...unfortunately the team that I like isn't the one doing the work... I emailed the owner, and didn't get a response... I then requested that she call me and didn't hear anything... it wasn't until I called and left a message with the "Corporate answering service" that I wanted to talk to her regarding the "quality" of their work that she finally called me back.... there was no trying to save the customer... "It looks like your just really not satisfied" was her response... Well... no, I'm not ... not for the last three months.... I have a white shower (you know the kind with small white tiles) that haven't been scrubbed and have mold growing in between ... The shower door frame is turning orange from the build up of soap and lime build up (oh my home is only about 15 years old so not old by any means)... my kitchen sink is white and the cleaning products that they use do not remove the stains.... They don't need to use bleach... actually a solvent of baking soda, & dish soap work for the sink and for really stubborn stains you can add a few drops of lemon juice, tree tea oil or hydrogen peroxide. I'm actually going to go use this in a spray mix bottle and spray it on my shower... wish this allowed me to post pictures... I'd do a "before" after cleaning authority cleaned it... and an "after" after I cleaned it myself... The price is good... obviously Tammy (as much as I liked her) really doesn't have a lot of customer retention skills... so I'll be looking for a new cleaning company.... I won't even mind paying more... I just want to get into a clean shower!

Before we chose the Cleaning Authority, we priced several other options. While many of them seemed reliable and had good references, we preferred the opportunity to work with a company rather than an individual. Jay and Tami have been excellent to communicate with. When we've had questions or needed to make a change to our schedule, they have responded promptly and professionally. As for the cleaning, we couldn't be more pleased. We have a regular team (Team 2 - Mike and Monica) that we've enjoyed getting to know and who do an amazing job of transforming our house in the couple hours that they're here. They are polite and professional each time we interact with them. And, they've learned our home's nooks and crannies so well that even the non-detailed rooms sparkle each week. While we certainly have our favorite team, every team that's come has been professional and done excellent work. The initial cleans seem pricey, but The Cleaning Authority's detail clean system does a great job of maintaining that initial sparkle.

We were unable to use their services since their availability didn't match our timeline to move into our new home. Will consider them for future work.

The teams were experienced and efficient. They worked together beautifully and cleaned my home as if it were there own.

Our experience with the Cleaning Authority has been very good. The owners conduct their business in a very professional, organized, and friendly manner and the various cleaning teams that have been at our home have done a fine job. The owner is very responsive and flexible whenever I email her to request a change in our schedule.
