Description of Work: The owner was on time to give me an estimate and was enthusiastic. We have dogs and they bark at strangers at first, especially when they enter our home. That is their job. Thing went well until she wanted me to sign a contract immediately and told me her cleaning people wouldn't enter the house with barking dogs. I told her they would get to know them, and would only then bark to let me know people were iaround; again, their job. She said she wasn't familiar much with dogs, obviously. Anyway, that was a deal breaker. Just send people who aren't afraid of dogs. I only wanted an estimate and what work they did. She was surprised when I didn't sign her contract and her demeanor turned frosty. I hired someone else with no contract and an understanding of MY needs.
