It was wonderful. I have allergies so I had them do it a special way and they were really great about it all. He was a really friendly guy, I felt safe having him in my house.

I thought that I left a feedback for it, at least I tried and it kept saying like you're almost done and I would do everything and then I would look at these notices that I had to complete it. As for their price, I added more significantly, I might even have doubled it but I didn't feel like what they were doing and that what I signed up for was pressured or anything, I just thought that the deal was good. It was carpet cleaning, they did steps and they did the rug and stuff like that, these things were extra and I was happy to pay for them. They did a flight of stairs, the dining living room, family room, and dining room. As for moving the furniture, they did some and I did some, they put it back, they were really great and helpful, I think I could have asked them to do it but I had already done it. They also did an extra in which they did clean up a Persian rug that I had and there was some damage to it but I know that if I knew that going in, that it could be damaged and it wasn't bad, and I was happy to still have them do it. It needed it and the alternative for cleaning were probably not much better so I'm not concerned about it. I was really satisfied with their service, and their price was fair.

They arrived a bit late, but did call me to tell me what was going on and when to expect them. They got to work right away, the house was empty so there wasn't any furniture to move. They did look over the entire house and I pointed out some troublesome areas. The pre-spotted and vac'd the house very well. Then they cleaned the carpets with one of those machines that looks like a giant buffer. I haven't seen one of these machines in a while, but they sure work a lot better than those vans that pull up and have the long hose and power head that they drag through your house. The carpets were beautiful when they finished, looked brand new. Landlord was very pleased with the carpets as well. Thanks Fetz for helping get my deposit back!!!

It was positive. They give me a call – the actual time was 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and they gave me a call around the 10 a.m. saying that they were able to come early and they showed up full half hour early so that was good and they did it done. The only negative thing I have to say is I emailed them at first to set up an appointment and nobody emailed me back for couple of days so I did have to make a phone call to set up the appointment. They're very friendly.

I bought a $66 Angie's List Coupon for 400 sq. feet of carpet cleaning. For another $50ish, they also cleaned 13 steps, and did a spot treatment on a stain I had. The gentlemen who came out were very respectful, personable, and knew exactly what they were doing. They answered any questions I had, explained their services, and when asking if I wanted any other services, and suggesting some, NEVER ONCE did I feel pressured to buy (the services). I have never had carpets cleaned in Kansas City, so I'm unsure of the price comparison, but I'm quite happy with the price I paid, and the value. Great work and I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

Two very professional representatives arrived exactly on time on the designated day. In fact, I received a reminder email two days prior to the scheduled cleaning, and a phone call that morning telling me the exact time the crew would be at my home. The gentlemen surveyed the areas to be cleaned and I pointed out several stains that I was concerned about. They made sure to place a special cover over my open front door, and covered the hardwood floors with mats so that their equipment wouldn't scratch the wood. They also moved several pieces of furniture to clean under them, even though I didn't ask them to do so. I have two cats and the gentlemen were very considerate not to frighten or upset them in any way. The cleaning was odorless and they did a terrific job, taking care of the spotted areas so that you wouldn't know they were ever stained. They did a very professional job and I will definitely use them again.

Fetz Cleaning & Restoration did a pretty poor job for me. The carpet looked nice when they left but in a day or two it looked exactly the same. I ended up buying my own carpet cleaner, did it myself and ended up with better results than they did.

The price was normal. We like them and we would use them again. And, they positive, clean, nice and friendly. They also did a thorough job.

The men arrived on time and reviewed what needed to be done. They gave me an excellent price on doing the stairs which I hadn't signed up for. My carpet was filthy and stained in many places. I was totally pleased with how well they cleaned the carpet and totally removed the stains. I didn't think anyone could get the carpet clean and wondered if I would have to have it replaced. It has been 8 months since I had the carpet cleaned and the stains have not come back. They cleaned the closet carpet as well. They were professional and knew what they were doing. I have had two other companies clean the carpet in the past and they didn't even compare. I saved this company's information as I will definitely use them again and no one else.

I think it was pretty good. I see some spots that they may not have been hit hard enough but the carpet is 8 or 9 years old. They were here on time & very pleasant to work.

The came on time and cleaned the carpet in my front room, dining room, hall, steps and bedroom. Extra cost for steps and hallway. I had spots through the house extra cost to treat those. End result very good.

team of 2 men showed up on time and cleaned the front room in 45min. This carpet had not been cleaned in 17+years. It looks GREAT NOW.....wish I would have had them do the hallway now that I saw how great the carpet looked after they were done. They said that the carpet would be wet for about 6-8hrs but with the suggestion of turning on the ceiling fan and opening the windows (it was a beautiful day), they were dry to walk on in a couple hours. I was glad about this as I was concerned that my mom (80yrs old) would slip and fall from the wet carpet to the dry kitchen floor.

The Fetz fellows just left and I must tell you how pleasant, well spoken, and efficient they were. They really knew the details of their job, answered all my questions and didn't nit-pick about the anything. They even offered to show me a sample of how they would clean my wool area rugs, which they did. I was impressed at how thorough they were and I felt comfortable having them in my home.
