Fetz Cleaning and Restoration

They sent Christian out on a Saturday evening. He was very nice and explained what he was doing. Prompt and friendly. Would recommend to others. They were hired through an apartment complex so I can't speak to the pricing but the service experience was good.

They were not too good. He came and cleaned and everything looked okay and then after everything started to dry the spots started coming back, so they sent the kid back. My grandson had died and I was trying to get this done and people were all coming here for dinner after the funeral. There was a lot of things they didn’t do that I didn’t realized when I called them. They didn’t move the furniture. He came right back and he went over the rugs and did a better job this time, but I still wasn’t happy. I wished they had told me for that amount of money we don’t move furniture, not come in the door and then tell me. The price was great.

Lonnie from Fetz carpet cleaning arrived on time, came in to look around and see the area to be cleaned, sort of size up the job, so to speak. I told him no furniture had to be moved. Cleaning consisted of a prespray on the carpet, a semi citrus smell and a steam application and extraction. No scrubbing brushes were part of this, just as an FYI. When he was finished he asked me to have a look at the carpets. I identified a high traffic area and requested a once more go over, which he happily did. The carpet looked great. It took several hours, and even into the next day to be completely dry. My home is small, and it took him about one hr, maybe less. My carpet is very light and was generally a bit dingy, I had no specific stain areas.

It worked good. They could have cleaned it better and taken a little more time.

Everything went fine, however the deodorizer was too strong smelling.

Technician was very knowledgeable about the age of the carpet, stains, & offered tips on protecting my carpet. Technician was very professional & respectful of my time as well as I was of his.

They did an excellent cleaning job. However they did even more by repairing two damaged sections with no additional charge.

They did fine. There were no additional charges than the "Big Deal" I purchased.

Apartments were occupied. Tenants moved small items and cleared all table tops. Technicians would not move coffee tables or similar items although tenants were elderly. Cleaning for two 900 square foot, two bedroom apartments took less than thirty minutes each. When I called to complain I was told they sometimes do that in fifteen minutes. Carpets were left very wet and neither unit looked clean. They sent the same technician out the folowing day and he re-cleaned both units. They did look better the second time around.

We have four cats. The little one seems to not like one of the workers. He did a good job. He cleaned up a spot. After a couple of weeks it didn't look much different and I used a cleaner on it and got a bunch of crap out of the carpet. Even after he did what he did. I don't know how really good they are. I probably won't use them again, let's put it that way. I just want to find somebody I can use all the time.

I have used them twice. The workers were fine. I would tell a friend about them. The service was good and they did a good job.

He was very courteous. He explained what he was going to do, possible outcomes for some of the bad stains. He was friendly and personable, and knowledgeable. The carpets looked great when he was done. My only thought was that they seemed to be very wet. I put large fans on for a few days to dry them out. I seem to think in the past when having carpets cleaned, that they were not so damp afterward. But once dry, all is good.

BAD, the carpet smells nice. the general soiling is gone. He did not have to move any furniture, we had it out of the rooms, except one power lift chair and two small tables by the chair. He did not deep clean the high traffic area. He did not move the two small tables. The worst part is he did not even attempt to clean between my chair and the windows. He had clear access. He didn't even vacuum that space let alone clean. He did not slide the small table to clean underneath it, only going around it with his wand. I took pictures. I don't know how to submit the photos I sent a message through Angie's list to the provider and sent the pictures. explaining the above and more. if they do not respond appropriately, you will see that reflected below. If not, the period at the end of this sentence will be the final part of this review. Well, it is the next day, and the company did reach out to me. It seems that since they do not move furniture that means that the tech didn't need to ask my son to move the two pieces that were not moved, nor did he attempt to clean around them. The company stated that they would come back out and steam the area missed, and if I will move the furniture they would clean that area too. the add $105 Carpet Cleaning, Deodorizing, and Protection for Five Rooms, they only had two to clean and the stairs, the stairs didn't get touched either. I declined their option to come back out. An old saying, "If you don't have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to fix it," applies here for me. I do not have the time for them to come out and fix it. I am not home every day all day, nor is my spouse, I do not have the time to take off work or rush home from work to be here for them. My recourse is to simply find a different service. After a few positive comments, this one negative will drift to the bottom of the pool and the scores will eventually raise to a better score.

Our service was provided by Andrew and he was very professional, pleasant and helpful. He was on time, efficient and did a great job. He went through the house with us when he finished to ensure everything met our expectations and explained any issues. We will definitely use them again in the future.

As of right now, it has gone terribly. We paid and as of right now we have recieved terrible customer service. We were told by an Angies List representative to contact the company directly when we received the email confirming everything. As of right now, I have contacted the company twice and both times the lady was rude and unprofessional and insisted that we did not order this service because her system did not show anything and yet they have recieved the funds from the bank account and we get left with nothing to show for it.

I have used Fetz before and they are a class act. They ensure that everything is setup and provide reminders. Technicians are clean and polite. They do a thorough job of cleaning and drying out all the excess water.

Actually, at first I was pleased. However, within 60 days three (3) of the four (4) seams they did started coming apart. They only guarantee their work for seven (7) days. My carpet looks terrible now, and I will have to withdraw my previous recommendation of them for the quality of their workmanship. I may have to end up replacing the carpet because of this. Overall I have to give them a "D" and give them a"F" on the quality.

It was good. It was an Angie's List special. He was very friendly and very accommodating. He got the job done which is what we were hoping for so we were satisfied.

I have had my carpet for 20 years and have used several companies for cleaning. Without a doubt, this was the best job ever. Shawn left my carpet looking as good as it did when it was new. Also, after prior cleanings by other companies, the carpet fibers were rather stiff. This time, the carpet was soft to the touch. This cleaning was especially commendable since I had numerous pet stains. My regular monthly cleaning company (not Fetz) has been using a tile cleaner that left an oily residue. Shawn explained how that residue had caused a build up of dirt on the tile. The tiles are now completely clean. If, after you have made an appointment with Fetz, you see the truck labeld Everready, this is because Everready owns the Fetz company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We weren't totally pleased because many of the stains just came back after it dried and it seemed like there were some new stains. They were very nice people and we thought everything was fine until it started drying so we were very disappointed.
