Fetz Cleaning and Restoration

They did an excellent job; our carpets looked almost new! They were on time and acted professionally. They were careful to minimize any damage to furniture or walls. The only sour note was that we had a coupon for $59, but they strongly recommended that we purchase the application of a protective agent for $50 more. They claimed that the carpets would become dirty very rapidly without it, so we went ahead and purchased it. It seemed to do what they claimed, but we have no way of knowing for certain, and we were disappointed to spend considerably more money than we expected.

A little bit of the grout broke and they did the steam cleaning which they said can happen. I did have Fetz Cleaning & Restoration come back out and do painting where they paint the grout so that it doesn't become discolored again. They did an excellent job painting the grout. The only reason why I'm giving them a B is because I kind of would have expected them to fix that crack before they painted it instead they he just tried to seal it with paint. He did say "you have a 30-day period if you're not happy, call us back." They look pretty good but I just kind of thought if you're painting that that you would have tried to correct that. The guy was very good, was very knowledgeable, was on time, courteous and very thoughtful. I didn't get any other estimate so it was hard to tell if the price was high or low. I would probably use the again.

The color seal work was time consuming but it resulted in a clean appearing, attractive tile floor. The carpet cleaning procedures were not unusual. The only thing I would have liked better would have been more attention to spot preparation.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did an excellent, wonderful job. They came two times. There was a spot they had to clean but it was an extra charge so I said I'll pay it. They got that spot out so I was grateful. They really called attention to things that I might not have noticed and other people might just not done it and left. So I like that kind of thing.

They were ok. Shampooer broke down and they had to call some else to come and finish the job. Second guy was much nicer and willing to redo area that I didn't think was cleaned well.

They were very good. I don’t remember how much they charged me for their services. It was at the price that they said, and they were professional and polite. They were quick and did a good job.

They came and got right to work but evidently these guys can't work together very well.They were arguing between each other.It made me very uncomfortable.They did great work just weren't very proffessional.

This is the second time we've used Fetz. Both times were discounted with an Angie's List Big Deal. Note that the cost shown in this review is the undiscounted price. They arrived on time, placed protective guards so wall corners wouldn't be damaged by their hoses and got right to work. We had moved the smaller furniture pieces out of the way and they carefully worked around the beds and dressers. They gave us a nice sized bottle of spot cleaner before they left. The carpeting dried quickly upstairs and it wasn't a problem to run a box fan in the basement for a short time to help it dry a little faster.

They were on time and very nice. We had a couple of stains that they were going to work on, and it would be an upcharge. The technicians were kind enough to try to get out a small portion of the stain, before we had to decide if we wanted them to work on it. They couldn't really get it, it was some kind of red dye. I really appreciated that they didn't just jump in and then charge us for that. The appointment was for 3:00, but they were ready to go at 1:00. We had to put them off because I couldn't get away from the office until 3:00. Very good work; very pleased with their work. Would use them again!!

They were extremely responsive, even in a time where they were very busy after a record rainfall. Took time to explain what needed to be done. Friendly and efficient!

Hallways look good, not all spots came up in the MBR. Overall, looks much better. On time, very professional--very fast.

I called on Friday around 2 and they were there by 5. Ben came out and looked everywhere for additional water issues and caught areas I didn't see. He moved furniture, broke apart the carpet, and pulled the pad. The carpet was disinfected, they took the pad back to the shop and thoroughly dried it. After a couple of days of drying, they came back and cleaned the carpet. Ben was conscientious friendly and professional.

The service went great. We purchased a couple upgrade options from them. They were very personable, helpful and my wife asked them a lot of questions and they answered them all. Their price seemed pretty reasonable.

The people who came out to my house were both very nice and professional. We were very pleased with the work they did and how efficient they got through everything.

They did great job. Carpet look very clean and I'm happy about their job. I purchased coupon from Angie's list $59. My rooms were oversize from coupon so I paid about extra $56. Two companies I hired did vacuum cleaning for free but this company doesn't and cost extra so you need to vacuum before they do cleaning. Overall I'm happy with the way they clean carpet.

We purchased the special deal for Angieslist members to clean 3 rooms for $59.00. This was money well spent. We love our pets, but let's face it, pets are gross and two dogs are really h****** a beige carpet. The two Fetz technicians worked really hard to get out the stains and odors. They offered other services like deodorizing and additional carpet cleaning but it didn't feel like a hard upsell which I appreciated. I added a carpeted staircase to the order to be cleaned which added additional cost, so the $59 price reflects the AList deal. I had three rooms (one very large and two rather small) steam cleaned. The total square footage was within their guidelines, which I would have liked to have known beforehand, but it worked out fine for us as far as the square footage allowed for their special. We liked that this is a locally owned company and not a big chain. I was very satisfied with the service and I will use this company again. Thanks Fetz!

I used Them on January. They cleaned my carpet and repaired some places in the carpet. I thought on the carpet part they might have been little high on the price. They gave me a very good price on the repairs they did. It was very good. They were very personable and very careful with our belongings on everything so there's really wasn't anything I didn't liked.

I was given FETZ name more than a year ago by a former coworker.. she had considerable puppy damage in her carpeted basement and she was very satisfied with the cleanup and repairs. I am in process of getting quotes for NEW carpet for LR and MBR, but decided to see if I could repair the bleach damage in the spare bedroom as it is a newer carpet. Austin and Chris were the FETZ repair team. They were on time, friendly, and efficient. Joined Angie's list today because I wanted to get feedback on a carpet store I have been visiting (the carpet store reviews not good, unfortunately)...I then looked up FETZ, was pleased to see their comments and thought I should add my two cents.
