Fetz Cleaning and Restoration

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine. The price was competitive.

We were in the process of putting our house up for sale and I purchased an Angies list big deal for $149 to have up to 350 square feet of carpet streched. The crew arrived on time and promptly assessed what needed to be done and got to work. I had a large master bedroom (18x15) with carpet that was badly in need of restretching. The carpet was in marginal condition but I wanted to see how it would look after restretching to determine if I needed to replace before listing. I also had a portion of the hallway that needed to be restretched. The crew performed the service in a timely manner and the carpet looked much much better afterwords. You could still see the crease in the carpet but there was nothing they could do about that as it had been in need of restretching for many years. We also had the carpet professionally cleaned the same day by another provider we found on Angies list. We ended up selling our house without the carpet being a major issue so overall we were very happy.

They showed up on time and were professional. They worked very quickly. I paid for extra deodorizer and I still smelled a faint odor from my pet in one of the bedroom.

I will definitely use this company again for any future carpet cleaning needs! -They were punctual and professional. -They walked through and evaluated my needs in every room. -They were friendly, explained the process, and answered any questions I had regarding the service and the process. -They took their time in each area. Some carpet companies rush, but this team made sure everything was to my satisfaction. -There were a few spots they gave extra attention to and I must say even those pesky spots came out wonderfully.

They only thing I didn’t understand was that I have a hallway that is less than 6 x 4 feet and that was considered one room. Other than that, he was very pleasant, prompt, and did what I asked him to do. I have no ill feelings about it. He did a great job! I liked them a lot.

Why didn't I clean this grout before now? Ben and his buddy worked their tails off and I am thrilled with the sparkling results. I now look like a much better house-keeper than I probably deserve! Thanks, Ben - and sorry that sanded grout was so difficult...

They came and did everything they said they would do. Everything looks very clean.

I think the overall value and there professional would probably be the key in walking thru the house, that was good points and the results was good.

They did an excellent job. They only issue that they have is they sprayed it on a windy day and got stained all over the cars so I won't do that again if it's windy.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I give them a good rating, but they added on some expenses so I paid quite a bit more than the Big Deal price. They were fair about it and told me about it. I thought they were very professional. They came on time and did a good job. Some of the spots on my carpet did not come out, but maybe it was not their fault.

2- man team including the owner performed 100% of the work handson.Made the extra effort in cleaning the difficult soiled areas.

I purchased a big deal for this company. That was good. They came out within a couple weeks. They were punctual, they did what they said they were going to do. I think I may have added on some kind thing, but the price was really good even after I did that.

Do use Fetz Cleaning and Restoration. DO! They were great from beginning to end. Very trustworthy and very professional. I felt safe to have them in my house and they took great care of my home. They cleaned my bathroom tile and sealed all places that were without grout. They cleaned all my carpets and left everything just like it was.

It was okay. It wasn't what I thought it was. I though it was going to be the grouting but it was just cleaning. I guess I didn't read it well but he did alright.

I hate dealing with carpet cleaners as they are a bit like used car salesmen and always try to 'sell up' to more services and this company was no exception. In addition, it bothers me when carpet cleaners have very stringent limits to how much they are to clean or move. These guys were measuring every inch to make sure that I didn't go over the allotted square footage and we agreed that they would only move 3 pieces of furniture or I would pay extra. Unless I am asking them to go grossly beyond the specifications, I would have appreciated a little more flexibility. In fact, I had my carpets cleaned upstairs by another Angies List company that was very laid back with regards to square footage (used the number of rooms as a reference) and not only moved all of the furniture without counting pieces - they even moved the clutter from several extra rooms. When I get my carpets cleaned again I will probably use the latter as I didn't feel nickel and dimed. That said, the two showed up on time and were otherwise professional (although they did ask to use my water which kind of irked me too...) and thorough and did a good job in a timely manner.

I used the Big deal from Angie's list. Based on the fine print, I was charged additional amount since I was told there is more effort required to clean the hardwood floors, and that the additional amount of labor is not included in the Big deal package. Since they were already at my place I agreed to let them do the cleaning. They did a good job though of cleaning. But I hope that they would have honored the Big deal amount as advertised on Angie's list.

They were absolutely great. They bent over backwards; once when I called them before the holidays, they were ready to come at that time. Then when I called them the second time, they were out within a day. They just made everything happen. Among all the carpet cleaners we have had over the last 5 or 6 years with multiple pets and challenges with that, they are probably the best we have had.

They called before they were scheduled to arrive. The crew was good and the cleaning was good. I would use them again. I was very happy with the two gentlemen they sent out. They were very professional.

They were fine. I don't get my carpets cleaned that often so I don't know how to compare it to the other carpet cleaners. I thought they were professional, they were punctual, they were easy to deal with. My only memory of something was I asked them to clean my stairs and they did it and it just seemed like the stairs were super wet for quite a while after that. So since I'm not that familiar with carpet cleaning I didn't know if that was normal or you know what. They just left it too wet. Like they didn't take the time to really suck the water back out enough. I felt like maybe they got into a rush at the end or something like that. I'm not sure. I had a coupon, one of those specials. I think I called them because I wanted to talk to them about it. What I wanted wasn't exactly what they were offering. And I'm wondering if they sort of gave me the deal that didn't go with Angies. Positive I felt like on the phone and scheduling and everything they were really easy to deal with. They came on time and they came and did the job.

They arrived on time, performed a thorough review of the services to be performed, and got to work. I didn't need to do anything else. The gentleman performing the service was very professional and really pleasant. The carpets were cleaned in a relatively short period of time, and looked great when he was done.
