Description of Work: Initially signed up for 3 rooms for $59 and steps and hallway for an additional $48. They determined upon arrival, that it would be 4 rooms so had to pay for an additional room. Very professional and friendly. In and out within 2 hours. A pleasant experience!

Description of Work: They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning my carpet. Later, they cleaned and re-sealed the grout between the tile on my bathroom floor. Both areas look great. courteous workers.

Description of Work: Knowing that most carpet cleaners place limits on the size of room when they way that will clean three rooms, we purchased two (2) big deal specials. I did not see an exclusions on the receipt that that got. After conversation with the vendor, they said that it was in the fine print that we could only use one coupon. Additionally, they indicated that we could not substitute a room for the cleaning of carpeted stairs. My wife and I were not satisfied with all of the exclusions and fine print. Advertise the deal and go with it! We have used a non-Angie's list vendor and they did the whole house to include stairs for about the price of the two coupons that we purchased, so we gave it a try. Please refund the full amount. Thanks in advance for your prompt resolution of this matter.

Description of Work: they arrived after calling to tell me their eta. They worked quckly and efficiently and threw in the hallway free. Very good experience and the owner was training the other worker very thoroughly and well while doing the rooms I specified.

Description of Work: They are more expensive than most carpet cleaning companies for a reason. If you have a soiled carpet and needs a "professional" cleaning they are fantastic. They take the time to clean the carpets to the best they can be. Also they talk about how much money you should invest in the caprets before they shoulod really be replaced. They are looking after you.

Description of Work: Stram cleanin g of living room and hallway carpet. The technician even clened the tops of the stairs going to the basemernt. We had a stain in the living room from our late pet and he cleaned it up so that it was nevfer there.

When I called to schedule the appt. the gal I talked to was very patient about answering my questions, I was concerned because there are wood floors under the carpet. The day of the appt Fetz called because they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. The 2 guys arrived shortly after, got right to work, they were both very polite and professional. A Great experience !

Description of Work: Two Fetz technicians came and throughly cleaned 3 rooms worth of carpet and an adjoining hallway inour home, on 08.08.12; from the calls we made to Fetz scheduling office, to the on site cleaning andcustomer-centered competence of the two men who cleaned our carpet, this is the BEST experiencewe have had with Angie's List providers, so far (and we have had GOOD experiences!) I would highlyrecommend Fetz cleaning, to those who value customer-centered service, based on our experience.Thank you.
