Description of Work: They came to clean my grout but then said I needed to seal it and suggested a color seal. Too pricey for me so I paid 89.00 for nothing. They would clean it but it wouldn't do much good since the grout isn't sealed. Do not know what I'm going to do now. Just seemed like a bait and switch to me.

Description of Work: The crew worked at quit a fast pace so some of the window and my chandiler were streackie. Also a screen which was removed was bent. The main guy was professional and polite but some of his workers were a little less than. Would have to look into another company for next years cleaning.
