Fetz Cleaning and Restoration

This was a deal that Angie's List was offering so I decided to give them a try. When I called the office, they were friendly. We were scheduled for 9/5/12 and at the last minute I had to make a change. They were fine with that. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. I had the rooms vacuumed and ready to go. They were here and gone in an hour. Nice clean carpet. And the cleaner did not bother my allergies. That is a big plus for me.

Overall my wife and I are very happy with Fetzs Carpet Cleaning. From the first call to set up the appointment through the actual cleaning their staff was very professional. The sent a email to confirm the appointment time,date, and price. We will use them again as needed.

They were prompt, very helpful with furniture, consulted well about how to do the cleaning in the various areas, and did a good and thorough cleaning.

Arrived on time - did a through job cleaning the carpet and various spots. Only negative was that the carpet on the stairs was soaking wet and took several days to dry.

They were great. Friendly as they came into my home. They were very through in spot treating areas that needed it. And had the job done quickly. When they were done, they raked the carpet, making it look new. I was completely impressed !

I contacted Fetz Carpet Cleaning as they had a special on Angie's List. Was a bit reluctant to pay for a service before it was performed, but it was a totally rewarding experience. Called the company to set up an appointment to have my carpet cleaned, and they were very friendly and indicated a desire to make the experience a good one and to do the job at my convenience. They contacted me the day prior to service and again when they were on the way to my home, and once there did a fabulous job. My carpet looks like new, the price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend this company. Everybody I dealt with was professional and courteous. Awesome job. Thank you.

I phoned Fetz on short notice after viewing a rental property in horrible shape. They were prompt, and took extra time to make sure everything looked great - in both deep cleaning and in making repairs to the carpet. They told me about a discount they were running that I hadn't been aware of, and applied it to the invoice. The whole home looked like new when they finished. Fetz has been my "go-to" carpet cleaner for the past several years for both my own home and for my rental properties. Every so often I try another vendor, but always end up back at Fetz. They do a great job on the worst messes (cleaning and repairs both), without damaging the hardwood underneath. And (also very importantly) they are honest - I trust them around my home, and to give me accurate information.

The people on the phone were extremely flexible, courteous & helpful. The two employees arrived just a little bit early to complete the job and got right to work. On the phone I had been told they would move 3 pieces of furniture, but when I suggested that they move my 2 piece sectional, I got the impression they weren't sure they could do that. They did try to sell a couple of other services to me while they were there, but weren't terribly pushy about it. They completed the 3 areas in about 40 minutes. I asked how long to wait to move the furniture back, and was told 6 to 8 hours. This seemed quite long to me, and after they left I found the carpet to be extremely wet. From previous experience I think they should extract most of the water, or the dirt won't be removed and it will attract more dirt. Once the carpet finally dried, it feels stiff and crispy to the touch and hasn't softened back up after vacuuming. Also, they had asked if I had any spots, so I showed them one area, but it wasn't removed which was very disappointing, as I'm sure it isn't permanent. For $59 I can't complain too much, but if I'd paid full price I would be pretty disappointed in the quality of work. It saved me the effort of doing it myself, but I could have done better with my Hoover unit that I own.

Two technicians Austin and Chris arrived as planned. Cleaned two rooms of carpeting and a hallway in under an hour. The truck mounted equipment worked well. I would/will use them again.

The two men from Fetz arrived on time. They were extremely professional and polite. The carpets/rug look and smell great! I will definitely use this company again.

Ben and Austin were pleasant and very professional . They offered me other services their company provided and they were very professional when I only wanted the carpets cleaned. No pressure sales which I sincerely appreciate. They were in and out in less than an hour (I had all the furniture removed so they had an open canvas) and my 10 year old carpet looked almost new again. I have 3 dogs and a sick cat and there were several stains that needed special attention. All in all it was one of the best experiences I had dealing with carpet cleaners. I would recommend them again.

They were timely and efficient. Most of the furniture was out of the room, or at least out of the way. Austin and Dom were very courteous and moved a couple of pieces of furniture as needed.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Very polite and professional. Meticulous in cleaning stairs and heavily soiled areas. One area is a small landing at the top of the basement stairs that really takes a beating. Carpet looks better than I could ever have expected (its 13 years old). They really did more than I expected. I was especially delighted that the carpet was not saturated. It dried much faster than it has after any other cleaning, yet it looked great!

Great service! They sent two men and they went right to work. When I called, they said it could take "up to 2 hours". The guys had it all done in an hour. They even brought in my garage cans without me asking. They left a package of information including a coupon for my next service.

Austin and Dom cleaned two rooms of carpet including stairs to the larger rec room in the basement. They were friendly, professional and competent. They were careful not to scratch or damage any of the trim/doors to the rooms or furniture. The result of their work was very good and at a reasonable price. They are definitely my "go to" carpet cleaners!
