We had them come back and apply a color grout dye/sealer. Over all quality of their work was superior. Even though it took longer than they estimated, they stayed until the job was done right with no extra charge.

They were very professional, took great care to keep the area clean, the door sealed off while their equipment was there to keep the cold outside.

The company did a very good job. They showed up on time and helped move some furniture to facilitate cleaning. They treated several spots and then cleaned the entire carpeted areas. They worked fast but were thorough. After the carpets had dried i checked and all spots were gone and the carpets were very clean. We were very satisfied with the job they performed. We would use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. The price was excellent. They were professional and prompt. We had intended to have the work done prior to the holidays, but didn't get around to it. I called for the appointment on a Friday and they were there the following Monday. The carpet looked great and was so much cleaner. We would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience was fine. They were punctual.

They arrived on time. Whole process took less than 1 hour. Carpet looks much better. Some stains still remain, but are much lighter and less noticeable.

We were completely satisfied with this company from start to finish. In October we bought a 3 rooms of carpet cleaned twice within four months for $1l5. I Making an appointment was easy and the receptionist was polite and upbeat. I was able to opt to add both stairways for only $40. The carpets looked great! The gentlemen who came out to do the work were informative and polite. The work was done in less than an hour. I just called this week for the second cleaning and they were so helpful to get my appointment in before the coupon deadline next week. They call before they come over to let you know they are on their way too. I am very pleased and would definatley recomment this company to anyone needing this service. Thanks Fetz!!!

Overall, it was a good experience with the exception that the deal was for 3 room of carpet cleaning for $59.00. I was then told there would be an upcharge because of the sq footage of the areas. One of the areas was a short hallway. I then asked them to omit the hallway and just do the two rooms and the serviceman said the sq footage was still over and would cost me $30 more dollars. When the whole deal is for $60 and I was charged 50% of that for exceeding the sq footage, I was not pleased. The cleaners were polite, punctual and quick and other than a few pet stains that they were unable to remove, did a good job. My house is not a large house; approx 1600 sq feet so I was not expecting two rooms to exceed an offer of 3 rooms of cleaning. I'm undecided as to if I would use this company again.

I Had a Pet Stain emergency and needed it to be cleaned right away. In responsiveness and getting someone to my house ASAP when other companies (even ones we are regular customers of their services) had to delay. So, with responsiveness and help they get an A++! But, the guys that came to my house I give a B. They weren't horrible, but they did not make me feel at ease and they were not as professional as other companies I have used. They were having a loud conversation coming up to my house and I felt like I was listening to Jerry Springer Show or one of those reality shows. (they were fairly young) But, they were fast and professional inside the house. I would use them again, but if I was their employer, I would be giving out classes in etiquette (I know the culture we live in no longer seems to care about these things, but I am not that old and it does bother me enough not to give them an A rating). Another help was teh Angie's list coupon I was able to use.

We have used Fetz in the past for carpet cleaning and a repair and loved the quality of their work. Therefore, when it was time to consider having our hardwood floors cleaned and sealed, we immediately contacted them. I am one of these people who is very nervous about letting anyone clean or claim to be able to restore my hardwood floors..thus the reason I haven't hired them before now. But being that Christmas was around the corner and I had family coming in, I knew I needed all the help I could get. Sure enough, these guys are the real deal! From the call to the office through to the end of our appointment, once again we were taken care of with a level of quality and professionalism that is hard to find these days. The technicians answered my questions and quickly put my mind to ease. I think they could tell I was a nervous wreck! LOL Anyway, I was so happy with the results and received so many complimentsfrom my guests, I thought I would take the time to write this short review and recommend them to each of you out there wondering who you can trust. I will definitely be calling them back again next year!

I was truly impressed with Fetz...From start to finish, they have been wonderful! I originally contact them to clean the carpets in my home. I've used them once before and absolutely loved them! The guys are always super friendly and helpful...They arrived within their time as quoted and got started right away. While chatting, I mentioned that I wanted to clean the tile and grout in my master bath. Imagine my shock when they told me they could do it and change the color!!! I cannot begin to explain how excited this made me. The technicians gave me a quote on site and I decided to proceed with the work. Luckily, I was their last appointment of the day..This gave them the time allowance to do it and I didn't have to schedule out. I'm sure my boss appreciates that too!! I highly, highly recommend Fetz if you want quality work for a reasonable price!

I had Fetz come out and clean and reseal my hardwood floors the week before Christmas and was so impressed with their work I hired them to come out just two days later to clean and color the grout in my entryway. I have the most beautiful cream/mocha tile, but when they installed the floor they used what looked like a basic off white mortar which left my floor looking dirty all the time. Regardless of how many times I have cleaned my tile, even professionally cleaned, it always looked dirty because of the grout lines. Anyway, when the guys were cleaning my hardwood floor I asked them if they cleaned tile too and they explained all the different options they offer. Just a couple of days later, I had them back out again and they cleaned my tile and grout and then sealed the grout with a solution that colored the grout to compliment my tile. It looks amazing! And on top of that it cleans so easily. Thank you God - No more grout scrubbing!!! Over Christmas the snow and gunk from outside which my family and guests tracked in on my beautiful tile left me wondering if my tile and grout would come clean the way they said it would. Therefore, yesterday after everyone went home, I got out my mop and dampened it lightly and sure enough my tile and grout looks new again! How cool is that!?!? So yes, I most definitely recommend Fetz. You can read my other reviews of them as well. They are such a great company and I see now why they are becoming so popular. Their quality and professionalism are noteworthy and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you Fetz for making the holidays so much easier for me!!!

Several large dogs + Hardwood floors = Disaster, or so I thought. My sister has used Fetz several times now and recommended them to me. Honestly, I thought she was a little crazy. I hate to admit it but my floors looked terrible and I honestly thought I would have to have them replaced or lay carpet back down to avoid looking at them. At this point I had tried so many cleaners, polishers, etc. and nothing seem to able to restore them to their former glory. On a whim, I contact Fetz and they came out to give me a free estimate because of the large space that was in question. Thankfully, I was notified that it could be salvaged...Three days later, the gentlemen came out and my floors were brought back to life! It was a bit of a hassle due to my animals but the end result totally made it worth while.

The Fetz workers were on time and courteous during their time in our home. They performed their work in a diligent and professional manner and were very respectful of our property. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly and many old spots were removed. They worked into the evening to complete the job after a mid afternoon start. I was impressed with their work ethic and commitment to do a quality job.

Purchased thru Angie's list a deal for 3 rooms carpet cleaned for $59.00. It expired before I used it, but called them up to schedule anyway. They scheduled for only 3 days away, came before the scheduled time, did a beautiful job of cleaning, and charged just the usual $100 charge (giving credit for the expired deal).

We contacted Fetz, and they responded promptly, setting up an appointment at a convenient time for us. On the service day, they showed up on time, worked quickly and well, and left the carpets looking cleaner than they ever have. We did have to pay extra for the stairs, since they were excluded from the agreement, but we really didn't mind because they did such a terrific job. We will definitely be hiring them again, next time the need arises.
