Description of Work: Sold us top of the line unit. Didn't even put it on a concrete pad. Electric bill tripled after installation . Cone to find outvitcwas a faulty unit. Goff said we would have to deal with manufacturer of unit. It took threatening Goff with a law suit before they would go the right thing and replace the unit. |Bill was still high after replacement . Duct work had not been properly installed and air was leaking under the home . The didn't want to take responsibility for it and informed us if there were any further problems in the future not to call them. |They got their money on a very marked up unit and then they were done with us.

Description of Work: Replaced a start capacitor for $140 that was available online for $30 and was 42 minutes late. Didn't start off well. They did find a leak in the A-Coil and quoted me a price of $2465 to replace/repair with a 30 day warranty or go with a new Lennox air handler for $2166 with a 10 year warranty. The choice was obvious. They were back on time and did a professional job at cost as promised. I will use them for future system maintenance.
