Description of Work: Hired to clean gutters. Initially had issues getting a date to perform job. Great timing considering the rain we received. Gutters holding up great!

Description of Work: Installed gutter guards. I purchased 50 linear feet of gutter guard installation through Angie's List and was quoted for the remaining portion of the house. We had an issue with the initial measure for quoting the remaining portion of the house being incorrect, but Jim was responsive and made the correction as soon as I contacted him. I would likely use St. Louis Roofing and Remodeling again.

Description of Work: Tried to charge me another $90 for a "steep roof." (which doubled the offered AL "deal.") I DO NOT HAVE A STEEP ROOF! Told them that was unacceptable, so they "discounted" it to $49. Since I'd already paid the $99 thru AL, I accepted extra charges. They were here about 30 min. No discussion of what was found, what they did. The two men that showed up said next to nothing to me. I don't even know if my gutters were really cleaned or not! Gave them a check and then I was billed in an email and had to remind them that I had already paid. Was notified that, yes, my check was received. Not the usual way I like to do business. Mr. Lawler was polite and quick with his responses, but I'd find someone else next time.

Description of Work: We bought a pairing package from Angies list from this company for 1249 plus the cost of paint. He called and said he would call back. We did not hear from him so I sent an Angie's list text. He then called back and came and gave a bid. The bid did not match the Angie's list price. In fact his bid was nearly $2000 more than what we already paid Angie's List. Anyways, I called Angie's List for a refund and was finally issued the refund today.

Description of Work: They did nothing, they refused to call to schedule the work in spite of me calling them several times and they promising to call back to schedule work

Description of Work: High capacity gutters installed on upper level of house with guards to keep the leaves out. The leaf guard price is a bit high but is likely to prove to be a good investment as I avoid getting on the tall ladder year after year to clear the annual mess. Installers were professional and efficient. Not cheap but definitely the right thing to do.
