Description of Work: We did not use Jim, but he was awesome. We have a damaged gutter cover system. He pulled up our house and was able to identify the system. Although it was not one that he carries, he was immensely helpful, friendly, and honest. Just based on that, I would hire or recommend him.

Description of Work: Cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards. |My only criticism was I was told I needed entirely new gutters after the gutter guards were already installed (although they agreed to reinstall the gutter guards for no extra cost if I got the new gutters). I declined.
