David and his partner were very personable and polite. They arrived early after calling to make sure it was ok and did an excellent job! They gave suggestions on how to maintain a clean chimney and what to avoid doing. I would definitely recommend Absolute Clean.

I was impressed from the moment the owner introduced himself and his assistant to the time they left my home dirt and soot free. Not only did they do a fine job cleaning he also checked the dryer vent. Will call them again next year.

These guys were TERRIFIC! They not only cleaned out the fireplace and swept the chimney, but they also repaired a crack in the back wall of our fireplace (which the last chimney sweep company we had out - about 3 years ago - told us to go to Home Depot and get the stuff and do it ourselves... :( They also cleaned out our dryer vents -- which I had never had done, so I was very anxious to have this completed! He took the venting tubes (or whatever the technical term for those is!) to see how full of lint they were and then took them outside to clean them out. A 5 gallon bucket full of lint was extracted from our dryers and vents! Eeeek! Guess I should have had THAT done sooner! But then, instead of bringing the kinked up dryer vent tubes back in and putting them back up, he brought in brand new tubing from his truck and put that up for us! So sweet - and unexpected. These guys truly went above and beyond and the service was great. They were clean and efficient. Very polite and kind and very professional.

I took advantage of Angie's List free home inspection for mold and water. Paul was to arrive at noon and called and asked if he could arrive at 11:30 which was fine. My husband and I were both home for the inspection and boy did we learn a lot. We felt that Paul was very knowledgeable. He reassured us that we don't have a big mold problem. He also gave us a list of things that we could do to improve the humidity and keep our basement from forming a mold problem in the future. We've already completed all but one of Paul's recommendations. This company also does air duct cleaning which is why I initially joined Agie's List. There are tons of scams out there regarding air duct cleaning. I wanted to find a reputible company to provide this service. After working through the mold inspection with Paul, we feel that Absolute Clean will provide us with a good air duct cleaning. We plan to schedule that with them very soon.

The chimney cleaning went well. He gave us several suggestions to help keep it clean longer. Then he asked if we wanted him to inspect our clothes drier vent (no charge for the inspection). Our vent was badly clogged with lint, so I agreed to have him clean it for $65. We are very pleased overall.

They were great. I could tell by the amount of gunk they pulled out that they did a great job.

Using an Angie's List special, we contacted Absolute Clean for a chimney cleaning. Our chimney had never been professionally cleaned, and we felt it was time. I had to change the date for our service call, and Dave was able to move our date up without trouble. As our chimney wasn't very dirty, the job didn't take long, and the job was done in about a half an hour. No mess left behind, the area was left clean. Didn't bother with the dryer vent cleaning, as it was a new vent, and didn't require service. Guys were polite and quick. Happy with the service.

Not well. The business seemed not to grasp the concept that I was more interested in the safety inspection than the sweep itself. Making an appointment was difficult and was not kept or followed up on by the business. I was left with the impression that the company was more interested in the sweep and the safety inspection (including the report) was an attempt to make the deal more appealing.

They were excellent. A very good experience, and we recommend them to people.

The service provided was exceptional...inspected chimneys & found excessive build up of creosote & explained the fire risks associated with creosote & the importance of getting our chimneys cleaned on an annual basis. Explained the process they used to clean chimneys & then showed me what came out of our chimney. They were polite & very professional. They provided some great information on the importance of annual chimney cleaning & provided clear explanations of the services to be performed, showed the results, e.g., the creosote that came out of the chimney. Will definitely use them to clean our chimneys next year prior to winter.

It went great! They made sure I knew how to operate the gas fireplace and flue.

Not as through as I suspected it would be, I thought they might have a camera to look inside when doing the inspection.

It was great. He cleaned my chimney through a Big Deal that I purchased. He noticed some cracking , so he came back the following week to fix that.

There were 2 men. They arrived on time. They called earlier than the appointment time. They called my cell and I was doing errands. I cut some of my errands short so I could get home earlier. I arrived about 30 minutes prior to my appointment time but by that time they had stopped for lunch so they came pretty much at the appointment time. I never saw them on a ladder. I think they visualize inspected the chimney from the ground. They thought it looked in good repair. I was thinking they would do a closer inspection, but I didn't say anything. I had moved in a year earlier and wanted to make sure the chimney was clean and in good working order. I had gotten a deal from Angie's List for the cleaning.

Absolute Clean did a great job. They were quick to set up an appointment and were on time the day of the appointment. They were courteous and professional. They did a great job cleaning the fireplace and let us know of additional repairs needed. Would definitely call on again for future work.

Mr. Paul is a extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about his business. He detected the problem of mold in my basement immediately. He was able to locate the source of the water intrusion. He was up front about the problem and what is would cost to fix it. He gave us multiple options on the prices. I am grateful for his honesty. I will definitely use him and refer him to my friends. Thank you Mr. Paul.

He informed me that inside my fireplace there were cracks but he could take care of that. He also spray painted with a heat tolerant inside that made it look very clean.

Arrived on time ... Took precautions to protect area surrounding the fireplace.
