They came out and inspected at my chimney, and said that I didn't need the work done. I appreciated that they were up front and honest with me.

They did a phenomenal job very professional. will always use them again and tell others about them.

They sold too many deals and they could not keep their obligations for the deal. They called me the next day to inform me of this. They were very honorable and I appreciated that.

They were on time and very polite. They walked us through what needed to be done. The job took longer than they had expected and never complained. They cleaned up every speck of dirt too.

The inspector called 30 minutes before coming to let us know they were on their way. They actually showed up about 15 minutes early -- the inspector and a younger man who appeared to be in training. The inspector explained that our chimney cap (which had allowed a squirrel in one time) was actually in great condition and probably had 15 years left in it. He explained that we just had one smart squirrel but said we are unlikely to have a problem in the future and did not recommend purchasing a different chimney cap and said it did not need any repairs. When he inspected the dryer vent he carefully explained how the vent needed more air than it was getting & the importance of keeping dust off the dryer near the vent so that it would not become a fire hazard. They were here for about an hour. They appeared to work efficiently & effectively and I would use them again.

Great. He found no problems and even inspected a wood stove because he didn't need to sweep the chimney. Great job. Very professional.

I went to the internet and found someone else to come in to stack the logs correctly and light the pilot light. He did a visual of the chimney exterior and said the cap did not need to be replaced.

It went quite well, he explained everything as he was doing it. He also had a helper with him that also did a very good job.

The service was fine. Actually, they just inspected the chimney and told me it was very clean and did not need to be cleaned. This was my first chimney inspection in 18 years. So, I don't need the second service coupon.

Initially when I called in and spoke with Paul, he spent a long time explaining to me exactly what would be done and answer all of my questions about the chimney. It went well but I thought I was supposed to get something done with my dryer, I didn't get the dryer inspection done. The gentlemen weren't aware but I didn't get logged on to double check. They said I had cracks in the base of my chimney so they repaired that as well for a bit extra. The two young gentlemen were personable. Suggestions for the company: make sure the technicians wear a company badge, make sure the vans are marked, and maybe some sort of uniform. These are just suggestions to make sure we know who we're dealing with.

Actual service was fine the only issue was getting a live person on the phone to make the appointment. Had to leave several messages back and forth to try and schedule the work before talking to actual person.

They were very responsive and were out within a few days. The service went fine. I spent additional money for them to reseal some of my fireplace area. I was very happy that he had the equipment with him to do this for me. He also was really good about answering my questions about fireplace safety.

I thought chimney sweeping meant they got up on the roof and cleaned out the chimney from the top down. I don't believe they did that. If it did, it happened very quickly because I was in the room with them most of the time but there were two of them and one of them went outside to do something so he could have been on the roof but I really don't believe he was. That aside, they cleaned up and everything was great but I don't believe it was cleaned as properly as it should have been. There were two of them and the younger one did the majority of the work. The other worker stood and talked to me most of the time. He did very little of the work. He hadn't been 5 minutes and he told me that the firewall was cracked and needed to be replaced. I asked how much and he said $350. I told him I couldn't afford that and he said that they could patch it for $40. They did patch a place in the back of the firewall but there were other cracks that they didn't touch. I don't know if it was worth just doing one crack. I don't know if they were trying to upsell me but it was a real quick change from $350 to $40. If it was bad enough, how could it be repaired for $40? I probably wouldn't use them again.

The appointment had to be set up for 3 weeks out due to them being busy. When the day of the appointment came, they showed up right on time, very prompt. They quickly setup and cleaned my chimney; it did not take them long to finish -- under 15 minutes. While they were pretty careful to keep my carpet clean, laying down a protective cloth, they did leave one spot, about 6" by 4", of soot on my carpet. Other than that, they left everything as they found it. It seems like they did a good job.

The guys showed up on time. They were nice and knowledgeable about the process. I would have felt more comfortable if they had uniforms or at least shirts that had their company name on it. It took me a minute to identify them when they arrived. I think they were called to my appointment to cover for someone else so maybe they didn't have time. One minor complaint was that they did not completely clean up after themselves. There was a lot of charcoal residue in my chimney and they had to dump it out of their vacuum a couple of times. They did remove most of the residue but there was still charcoal dust and some chunks left on my back patio that I had to clean up or else we would track it into the house. I would use their services again as I feel they were very thorough in cleaning my chimney and the cost was competitive.

One individual cleaned chimney and other proceeded to point out I needed to buy inserts for my fireplace for $500. I had the fireplace checked by another professional to verify what I was told. Absolute Clean was dishonest in its analysis and very expensive as to cost it work had to be done. I believe I paid much more than the cleaning was worth and will never use this vendor again.

The gentlemen did a very good job and were very thorough with their work. I used an Angie's List deal and got an excellent rate, which allowed me to pay extra for some repair work that improved the safety of my fireplace as well as enhanced its aesthetics. A job well done.

HE DROVE QUITE A LONG TIME TO GET TO OUR HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY.PAUL SPENT QUITE A BIT OF TIME WITH US.WE OFFERED TO PAY HIM SOMETHING FOR HIS TIME AND GAS BUT HE REFUSED.SO ALL OF HIS TIME AND INFO WAS FREE.WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM.GREAT HONEST GUY !

It went very well. They showed up on time, they cleaned everything up and they suggested that they replace some of the brick in the back of the fireplace. They came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. They were satisfied, he gave them good information and did a good job. I think that it was a good price. I would use them again.

Great, arrived on time, cleaned the chimney, inspected, made recommendation for future care, cleaned up and was out the door.
