We are very happy with the work. We were referred to Jeff Boofer by our insurance broker. He was prompt with his response and was on time for every meeting. He is very nice and professional. It's common to end meetings with a handshake but he even shook our toddler son's hand. He is also very knowledgable and definitely did not have an aggressive sales pitch. We felt comfortable asking him questions and he very patiently answered our them all until we were satisfied. He did a good job of explaining everything. Based on what he observed of our house and what we said about it, he recommended a Ridge Vent. That has worked out to be an outstanding idea! Our second floor feels so much more comfortable in the summer. The Ridge Vent has made such a big difference. The "B" for responsiveness is because we weren't quite sure when the job would be done. Someone was supposed to call us to let us know when we would be scheduled. It was definitely during a roofer's busy season but it was longer than we expected until we were contacted. We were then contacted on a Friday that the job would be done Monday. The guys who came to the job were on time and professional. They were also very knowledgable and spoke to my husband about the job. The whole job was done in one day, which was fantastic. I know our neighbor's roof took longer than that.

Jeff Boofer, Eric and the entire staff at Tesson Roofing were great. Jeff was the person I dealt with the most throughout the process and he was always punctual, professional and explained the process in layman's terms so I would understand what was happening. Eric worked through the insurance issues and made arrangements with the shingle, gutter and awning companies. The roof, gutters and awnings look fabulous and the workmanship is great. Everyone I encountered in the office was friendly. I would highly recommend Tesson Roofing.

Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling. The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done. Overall, we are very happy with Tesson Roofing and would recommend them to our friends.
