I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his beautiful work! The finished deck far exceeded my expectations. Tom made design changes which really enhanced the appearance of the deck. He worked when he said he would, was always on time, and was very efficient and precise. Tom himself is both personable and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Tom and I recommend him highly.

Our experience using Quality Carpentry & Remodeling was excellent. After an initial phone call, Tom came out to our home to evaluate our issue. Within a few hours he got back to us with a thorough plan and estimate for the work. He worked around our schedule and was very prompt, arriving right when he said he would for both the estimate and the day of work. He was very professional. He did everything just as he had detailed in his plan and it was all done to a very high level of quality. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the support work before closing the ceiling. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. We would definitely hire him again and we highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with the work Tom provided! From my first call to him to the finished product, he was professional, did great work and was friendly. As a woman calling a contractor, with others I have felt "talked down to" but I felt very comfortable through every step of this process. Here's the breakdown: *Called Tom to see if he could help me with an item needed as part of selling my house. Buyers wanted a structural engineer to evaluate the work (repair a truss in the attic) even though their inspector didn't ask for it. I was thinking it would get very expensive to have both a carpenter and structural engineer come separately, so I explained the situation to Tom. *Tom came up with a great solution--he would do the work and take pictures of everything and then explain his process. The buyers agreed that would work for them. This was a very cost-effective solution for me! *Tom followed up promptly with me, kept me in the loop about arrival times and progress on the work and did most of it via texting, which is what I had requested and prefer. *Showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, and got it fixed and provided a lot of pictures and explanations. I really appreciate the work that Tom did. Moving is such a stressful thing and working with him was the easiest part of the whole moving process. I definitely will recommend Tom to everyone who needs carpenter or structural work!

Tom was great. He came out right away, took a look at the job and together we figured out how to tackle the issue. He provided an estimate of his work promptly, and on the first warm day we had in January began work. It was a challenging job due to some squirrel damage, but Tom really made it all come together. He even painted the back two half columns for me, not included in the original estimate, and did not charge me a penny extra. Tom is a really nice guy who takes great pride in his work. I don't think you can go wrong if you use him for any and all of your general carpentry needs.

Excellent. Provider came out after business hours on a weekday to perform an estimate, then agreed to performing the work on a weekend. The initial time estimate was 4 hours -- he finished in 2. Not only did the provider perform the work quickly, he did it very well. We've already discussed his return to possibly take on another project this spring.

Tom is very nice and can be trusted in the home. He showed up on time and does exactly what he said and did it well, no bologna. Everything was done professionally and looks great. Will defiantly use him again for other jobs.

Everything went great, all the doors in my house now close with or with out rugs and lock! Some of the jams were not properly done, so he also fixed those as well. Some locks were not properly installed, which was also fixed. Tom was very friendly, professional and price was very reasonable for the work provided.

Tom is GREAT! he showed up on time and went right to work. I had my bathroom remodeled and i asked Tom to come in and do the drywall, Tape and mud finish work. I have used him on several projects and all I can say is Tom produces " Quality Workmanship" . WILL DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN.

I have recommended Tom with Quality Carpentry and Remodeling to my clients (real estate) for items needing improvement or repair before coming on the market and he have always done a wonderful job at a reasonable price. When I needed some work done on my own home, I had no hesitation on calling Tom. The price for the work involved seemed very reasonable and was completed very quickly. He did a great job and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for handyman / contractor at any level. My wife and I plan on using Tom again to tear down our old addition and replace with a new back porch when Spring rolls around.

We replaced a cedar deck with a patio. When we removed the deck, it exposed several sections of rotten siding and band board. I contacted Tom for a quote and he promptly came out, reviewed the project and took measurements. I received his quote in my email the next day. I contacted Tom and asked him when he could start work. We mutually agreed on a start date. Tom made a commitment to start and finish the project in one day. He delivered on his promise and even went above and beyond by replacing some sections of wood that he discovered during the project that were not on the original bid. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding. He arrived and started the project before 8AM and cleaned up the work area and departed around 6PM. I also hired Tom earlier this year to build and install a custom banquette in my kitchen. The finished product matches my kitchen cabinets perfectly. Tom did a great job of communicating with us on what we wanted and met with us prior to starting to take measurements and to review the final design. He built the banquette in his work shop and delivered and installed it in our kitchen. It looks really great and provides additional seating at our kitchen table and storage capacity. High quality craftsmanship! I highly recommend Tom for any custom carpentry project. We will be using him again!
