Orkin Pest Control

Had a bad ant problem and used every over-the-counter pesticide for over a year and nothing worked to get rid of them. They kept coming back. Within two months, we were ant-free and have not seen one since. Happy with the service, but changed to quarterly after about a year or so because I felt the problem was under control and did not need service every other month.

Not a great experience. The workman was dirty and tracked dirt from his boots on the hallway carpet and downstairs. Also, he would not move or help to move any items out of his way. He had to come back to finish the job after I got items moved in the basement. If he would have stayed outside, that would have been fine. I did not like having him in the house.

ORKIN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ABLE TO KILL ALL THE RED ANTS. WE HAVE THEM SPRAY EVERY MONTH NOW TO BE SURE NO ANTS RETURN.

ORKIN PEST CONTROL COMES TO THE DOOR AND LETS YOU KNOW THEY ARE THERE. THEY TELL YOU WHEN THEY ARE DONE. THEY ARE HELPFUL IN TELLING YOU IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO DO TO PREVENT INSECTS FORM GETTING IN.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. ALWAYS CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, RESPECTFUL AND PLEASANT. HAPPY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND ALWAYS ASK IF THERE ARE ANY NEW PROBLEMS TO TREAT.

THEY GOT RID OF EVERYTHING, BUT DIDN'T DO THE BEST JOB.

I ASK THEM QUESTIONS AND THEY CAN'T ANSWER THEM. I WISH THEY KNEW WHAT SOME OF THE BUGS WERE.
