+ -1 moreWe came home from vacation to find our a/c not working and the temperature in the 90's. Metro came out the day we called and determined the repair to the a/c would be more than 1/2 the cost of a new unit. With both the furnace and a/c over 20 years old, we decided to replace everything with energy efficient models. They provided several options and after comparing bids and looking at all of the credits and rebates available for energy efficient models, they had the best price and we spent less than the cost of lower efficiency models. The service was timely, professional and everything was neat and clean when they were done. They are very customer focused.

+ -1 moreThey bend over back wards to accommodate you and I feel that I can trust them. They do not overcharge. In fact, their service call is less than any of the other companies I called in the past.
Description of Work: After firing the big company I used for years, I found Art at Metro Heating and AC through the St. Louis Police Department internet boards. I like the personal treatment and responsiveness so they are now servicing 4 apartments I own ,as well as my personal residence. I have been using them nearly 2 years now. They have not installed new equipment but are servicing and repairing a several units.
