The technician was one of the best I've had experience with in the last 17 years. I had tried 3 other companies. He was thorough, polite and answered any questions I had. I will use this company again.

Charged me double what I was quoted over the phone for the startup, the made no repairs during start up despite may having asked to time at the time I made the appointment, put yellow flags throughout the yard and it took me no less than half a dozen calls to get them out to perform the service work which is the primary reason I was looking for a new vendor. Made all kinds of excuses for why they did not get the work done, but the sales man Chuck had a hard time keeping what he told me straight from one conversation to the next. About 5 weeks with yellow flags and after many calls the work was complete.

All services performed profesionally.

Bret, Mark and the rest of the team were super easy to work with and couldn't have been more accommodating despite some changes we made mid-project. We have already recommended Lawn Systems to some of our friends.

They supplied and installed an underground irrigation system for my yard. Everyone involved was polite and professional. My job wasn't a large one, but I believe I received the same service as would one of their larger projects. I continue to use them for my year round lawn fertilization, and will consider them for any related needs.

Went well, its a simple process and I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism.

The install was very quick and clean. Other than a couple spots where you could see small areas of fresh earth, the job of trenching in the water lines and spray heads was unnoticeable. Jason came back the next day, made some final adjustments and the system has worked perfectly since.

I am very happy with their initial installation and yearly maintenance, and I recommend them highly.

Everything went very well. They were able to do the job in a short amount of time and the job was well done. When they finished they taught us how to run the system and offered future help if we had a problem. We didn't. They now provide our service for opening and closing the system in the spring and in the fall. Our experiences with them have been good,.

Had lawn irrigation system installed 8/20/2012, cost $3,340.00. Jason Floming was my sales representative. He is outstanding - considerate, determined most cost effective way to achieve maximum lawn and landscape irrigation coverage, listened to my concerns, and patiently answered my unending questions. The crew was here on the dates/times stated for installation. I have Lawn Systems perform Spring turn-on and Backflow test for $150 ($80 each service minus $10 discount for multiple services), and Winterization for $80. I am happy I selected Lawn Systems to install and maintain the irrigation system.

They were here on-time, were careful not to track dirty shoes into house, started-up the system and made some minor repairs. Very efficient, professional and personable!!!!

I use Lawn System for the last 10 years to turn on for Spring, Back Flow test and Winterize. Love to do the business with them, highly recommended provider.

We have been customers of Lawn Systems Inc. (LSI) since May 2013. The purchase, installation, and twice a year servicing of our system has been a superb experience. We love the system and LSI has been professional about all aspects of the relationship. They always arrive when they say they will, complete the work promptly, and the work is done right. We can highly recommend LSI.

Went very well. I did expect some collateral damage just because the nature of the work involved. It was only slightly worse than I expected. A downspout pipe redirecting water away from house was crushed and the dog 's invisible fence wire was cut in 5 places. Luckily the landscaping company that put in the pipe replaced it at no extra charge. The invisible fence was not marked at all, as the gas and electrical wires were. (and maybe some of the wire cuts were done by landscapers) But the supervisor was good and most of the workers were hardworking and polite. It took two days but there was alot to irrigate. The control panel is installed in the garage and it has a rain sensor feature. We had to winterize the systems very quickly after it was installed. So far, I am happy with system. It is Rainbird with a Febco backflow preventer (which is brass required by Missouri regs) Our Landscaping plans changed but the Lawn System people adjusted quickly to these changes. When everything wrapped up they even mailed us a map of the location of all the sprinkler heads. I would hire them again. I would recommend them to a friend.

The service went fine. It was my first time using the company. Two teams came out for the service and completed the job in 2 days. They were professional and very efficient workers. They were happy to answer all of my questions. They did a very thorough job and were responsive to my phone calls. I had a question about setting up the setting up the system and they were very nice and worked with my over the phone on how to do that. They sent out a technician out to show me how to operate the system, as well. They were very flexible with my schedule.

Kevin Murphy was my sales rep. If you are just calling in and don't know anyone else, ask for him. He is very professional, straight forward, and will not waste your time. He was able to give me a price on a system in less than 20 minutes for the front and back yards of my home as well as some landscaping in the front. Mine was a minimum priced system. He had great suggestions, and his system included features that were extras from other companies. Kevin showed up on the day of my install just to make sure things were going the right way. Alex was the foreman for my installation crew and he was fantastic. They did the job in less than a day, very minimal disruption to the sod, I could not be happier with the way the installation went. I plan on using Lawn Systems Inc. for opening and winterizing my system as well. I highly recommend this company and in particular the above named employees.

I would not recommend Lawn Systems.

This has been a frustrating year working with these guys. I've used Lawn Systems for over 10 years and they had been pretty good in the past. I've paid them plenty of money over the years to keep my system running. However this year their service level has been terrible for me. I had a serviceman come by to see what work needed to be done and to provide an estimate. That estimate was never provided, nor did anyone contact me to do the work. After several weeks and several phone calls to get the estimate (which they couldn't find) and to schedule the work, they finally returned my call and set up the service date. They did some of the work but there were other fixes needed, but the serviceman did not have the parts on this truck. He promised to have someone call me, but they never did. I waited for over 2 months, and then decided that it was time to arrange for another lawn service to come by and get that work completed. Now my system runs great. I just purchased a commercial building that needs irrigation & lighting but I don't expect to contact Lawn Systems due to their unresponsiveness.

The team arrived on time and walked me through their plan. They then proceeded to complete the install very quickly. The team was also very conscious of the fact that we had a newborn and tried to minimize the noise and access to the home. They coordinated well with the plumber and the work was completed within a day. The grass has already grown back in most places where the lines were placed. Finally, follow up walk through and explanation was conducted a few days later to check for any issues. So far, so good and no issues. The only thing I didn't know was the required annual county service check (I heard about it) and turn off service. I think it run about $150 annually so you will want to factor that into your decision to install. I don't think there is a subscription service for savings on these.

The Lawn Service team excels at their pricing, expertise and workmanship but is lacking in client communication post contract signing. Current technology makes client contact quick, hassle-free and inexpensive. Their poor communication almost caused me to cancel the agreement and work with a competitor. I am glad that I didn't because of the execution of the project yesterday. I would recommend them to others based upon the substantial number of systems they have installed in my neighborhood and their feedback on reliability of the systems, but caution buyers on their lack of proactive communication.

The guy was nice enough, but didn't seem to have enough patience. There were a few leaks and and he was seemingly frustrated. He tightened the unions with a wrench and the pvc broke. He blamed it on the fact that I had pvc, and that we really should put in copper. He said the only way he could get the leaks sealed is to get rid of the union and glue the system. I was a little leary about that, but allowed him to do so - because I am not an expert in irrigation. He definitely was using a scare tactic that my system is a disaster waiting to happen with pvc...he may be right, I don't know....but everyone in my neighborhood has pvc, and I haven't heard of any disasters. Also, by gluing my system shut, I guess I'm not going to be able to take off backflow in the winter...again, don't know if that is an issue or not...but it's a concern. Here's where I really have a big issue. He gave me my bill, and took down my credit card information to pay it. When the bill actually hit my statement, it was for more than the amount. When I called about it, the lady said he didn't add everything in, and didn't add it up right. That shouldn't be my problem. She also said "someone should have called you." Um, yeah. Either way, they have lost my business. If you choose to do business with them, watch your credit card statement. Angie's list - I feel like you let me down on this one. I feel like I ended up being charged for their mistakes (I don't feel like most of the repair work would have needed to have been done if the union would have been only hand-tightened instead of with a wrench...and this cost me $160 because of that action). Maybe it would have still needed some work, but the whole situation leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth, and the company doesn't feel professional. From the billing process to the receptionist not really caring that they messed up, to the tech's seeming impatient....i'll try someone else next time.

It was a breeze to schedule the start up appointment and the person to do the start up and backflow testing showed up on time and did his job perfectely. No complaints at all.

Lawn systems Kevin Murphy came out to provide me with a bid. He was very through in explaining what work was required, both inside and out. His bid was best one I received,so I went with Lawn Systems. The day of installation went very well despite having rained the couple of days prior. Installation took two days because of rain in the afternoon on the first day. The foreman and his crew did a wonderful job. Only complications was having to repair several cable line that owner forgot were in the yard. Very pleased with results. Would recommend Lawn Systems to anyone who want a lawn sprinkler system.

It was fine, they showed up when they said they would and they took care of everything in a timely session and it worked.
