This is the least reliable company I use for my home maintenance. It’s been a comedy of issues including no call/no show, not doing what they say they are going to do, incorrect billing and abysmal customer service. I will not use them for anything ever again.

It went really well. They were very thorough and careful, I was really impressed.

My entire experience with Lawn Systems Inc exceeded my expectations. Lawn Systems installed sprinkler systems for my two of my family members who were both happy with their systems which made choosing them easy. First off, they are like clockwork, every appointment time thought the process was met on time or slightly early. Every employee from the salesman to the install crew and the walk-through tech were professional. I have a large koi pond that I have a home install sprinkler system already installed around it. I was thrilled to find out they could connect to it and add it as it's own zone so I didn't have to pay them to redo it. I was also very impressed how little damage was done to the lawn after the job was completed. They had to dig a 4-foot deep hole with a trench in my front yard to connect to the water supply and had to run a line under my driveway & I could barely tell they did it. Even after we had a few inches of rain a day or two before the installation. We are happy with the function of the system and the ease of programming and adjusting, I can even do it from my phone from anywhere. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

My last visit by Lawn Systems was about as ideal as a service visit can be. After a preparatory phone call, Scott arrived early and already had the system inspected by the time I joined him outside. He then proceeded to run through each of my 9 zones, asking me for my preferences on each one. He identified several defective sprinkler heads, but did not use any high pressure techniques to force me to spend more than what was absolutely necessary. He patiently and clearly explained everything he was doing, and did so while it was pouring rain. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Lawn Systems to design and build two retaining wall and landscape areas in our yard. The designs of the walls and plants were very creative and beautiful. The workers were very professional, diligent and polite. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and driveway after the work. They even went the extra mile to take sod that they dug up and put in other needed areas in my yard (per my extra request) and put extra rock they had in places where rock was pressed down and had thin coverage (per another request). They did not charge extra for that. We were very happy with their work and would hire them again. They price was fair for the quality of work we received.

Very smooth process throughout. Our salesman Kyle was responsive to our questions and designed a good system for our lawn and landscape. The crew did the install in one day and did not leave a mess. Dave did the walk through to show us how the system works and was very knowledgeable.

They did a great job. The wall looks great, and Lawn Systems Inc. had a lower bid than the other 2 companies who provided higher bids for less work.

I am totally disappointed and upset with Lawn Systems. I had to wait for three weeks to get shut-off appointment. Connie, told me that wrap a towel/rug around back-flow and they would come after three weeks to shut-off the system. In the meantime, cold and snow came in and back flow was frozen and pipe is broken. Before this incident, Lawn Systems wanted us to replace a number of values and wanted to charge us over $1,000 for replacements. I had to talk him to replace only the absolutely bad valves and brought down the price to a reasonable number. The system was working fine before these value replacements and didn't see much difference after replacement. This company only cares for money. No service. Don't burn yourself!! Stay away from this company.

The work was done but they did not do a finish job will have to go back and clean up the rough edges. If you hire them better be ready to clean up after them that includes their trash !

I try to be a well-educated consumer, especially when it comes to a major expense. I received a total of 5 bids. It is easy to look at the bids on face value and sort them in price order. Lawn Systems' bid was in the middle of the 5 bids. Lawn Systems' bid included some items of value to me that are not easily discernable. I had high water pressure. They included the installation of a pressure regulator. Others supplied the same model heads for my application but only Lawn Systems included the PRS option. By going with the PRS heads, they extend the warranty an extra year. Considering these points, Lawn Systems' bid was the best overall value. I was fortunate to deal directly with the owner. Unlike many small business owners in this type of industry, this owner was no less than professional every step of the way. He provided an introductory packet with helpful tips beyond just the manufacturer's brochures. His social and communication skills are excellent. When I encountered a minor issue post-installation, he immediately resolved it in my favor. I want to acknowledge his business ethic with this review. I also had the opportunity to interact with a couple of his service techs. They represent the company well and speak highly of Lawn Systems as an employer.

Lawn Systems did a great job of being responsive to my questions during the time between signed contract and installation. Installation was done in 1 day and despite how much digging and "tearing" up of the yard they had to do, when the crew left the yard was put back together very nicely. Lawn Systems also gave me a credit for not using their Rain Bird controller so that I could buy my own Rachio controller. I would highly recommend them for an irrigation system.

started slow due to the constant rains in April with another delay repairing the irrigation system caused by the expansion of the patio. Design and workmanship was excellent. Not the cheapest but their quality is excellent.

We had our irrigation system installed one week ago. Our yard is complex with many separate watering zones needed to meet the needs our our garden beds. The installation went well, and we are satisfied The crew was responsive to all of your questions. We are hoping for the best in the future and will revise our review if necessary.

We had our Sprinkler system put in 4 years ago and we were very happy upon completion of the installation and still are! We have not had any problems with our system. The Customer and tech service has been amazing! All techs are extremely well trained and very customer oriented.They know what needs to be done,if anything, and will work with you on getting your system set the way you want for the hot STL summers.They are always on time and professional. Kevin Murphy,owner, is wonderful always is available if needed. WE interviewed 6 companies at the time and felt then and still do we made the right decision. Always remember, when looking at other companies "the cheapest" is not always the best! Lawn Systems is competively priced, has an excellent service record and has years of experience in both residential and commercial applications. WE still have our system turned on and off by LAWN SYSTEMS each year. We have also added an extra row of sprinklers and that went very smoothly. WE can't say enough about Lawn Systems and I found them on Angie's List !

Went very well. They started and did about half when they decided the rest of the yard was too wet from recent rains to continue without damaging the lawn. They returned two days later and finished the job.

Chuck from Lawn Systems designed the system for us and prepared the quote. The team from Lawn Systems arrived on time and spent a long day in our rocky soil with the installation. Then a few days later a QC guy checked their work. All was done correctly and worked without a problem.

Hired to come out and fix a zone that wasn't working. The couldn't figure out the problem and wanted me to pay to replace all the valves in that zone. The technician they sent ended up breaking/cracking multiple pipes going into some of the valves and couldn't fix it. They sent out another technician that eventually fixed it, but I had to pay for the pipe/s they broke. They ran over $400 of initial estimate. Run far and fast from these guys.

We wanted a lawn irrigation system for two reasons: 1) we were tired of moving our hoses around our yard and garden, to water everything over and over, all summer long; and 2) we wanted the freedom to take a long summer vacation, without having to sacrifice the health of our landscaping. Lawn Systems came to the rescue! Their entire sprinkler system was installed on time and in accordance with their proposal. All of my phone calls and emails were answered promptly, and every appointment was kept as scheduled. Our contact person, Kevin Murphy, was competent, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. After the initial installation, some adjustments had to be made. I am impressed with the way the company came back several times to fix the details. Specifically, the spray and rotary heads needed further adjustment to cover all areas of our yard. Done. An external electric line was accidentally cut during installation, which disconnected some of our backyard lights. Fixed. One of the underground connections leaked, causing a wet spot to appear in our front yard. Fixed. I understand that each installation is new and original, and problems can arise. What impressed us was the willingness of the company to make it perfect! I would definitely use this company again. As a matter of fact, I have recommended them to my daughter, who plans to hire them too!

We wanted a lawn sprinkler system installed in front yard and new landscaping. We got bids from three companies. Lawn Systems was not only the lowest bid but they seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the work. The did a very professional job.

It was a lot of money. It was hard rating. It was a tough time of the year. There was a lot of rain, and they were way behind. They put us off, and it was tough for them. They couldn't even get to us one day because of the flooding. I would probably use them in the future. They could have followed through a little better on some of the stuff they were doing. They never really finished the job. There was one little thing they need to finish and I haven't heard boo from them.
