The bid was competitive. The thing that it came down to was that every other proposal was ok putting in sprinklers near the sidewalk. Ballwin requires it to be 2ft from sidewalk. They were the only ones who were not willing to do that. I decided not to go with them.

Because of beginning of season demand, had to wait about 10 days for service. Lawn Systems, who originally installed our system, arrived as promised first thing in the morning. The technician inspected our backflow device, turned on the water in our basement, and checked overall system coverage and operation. Entire visit took about 45 minutes, including 10 minutes to demonstrate nuances of our controller. Technician was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I thought the $150 standard charge was a little excessive for the work performed and time spent.

Received bids from 3 vendors to install an in ground sprinkler system on my 1/2 acre property. Lawn Systems quoted the best price and recommended the most straightforward system. Company arrived on time as promised and completed the entire installation in a single day. Communication with installers was challenging as only one employee spoke English. Installers were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Workers left at end of day without explaining system operation; I had to wait an additional week for detailed instructions. Representative spent 2 hours going over every aspect of system operation and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient.

We had a problem with the sales person but the owner made it right. The service technician did a great job fine-tuning the system.

I have used this company before to install a sprinkling system at a previous residence, so when I moved and since I was pleased with their previous performance I called them to check out the system at my new home and at that time repairs and changes were professionally made. I now use them for any repairs and for the spring turn on and fall turn off. Their scheduled appointments are always on-time and all of their techs are professional, informed, pleasant and more than willing to answer any questions you might have. During the spring turn on, they do a thorough check of all the sprinkling heads to be sure they are functioning properly to ensure thorough coverage. I'm impressed that when they enter your home, they take care by either removing their shoes or putting covers on them to be sure they do not track anything in. Their prices are competitive.

The schedule slipped due to weather. Otherwise, the workers were punctual, the work was done as promised. Site was left in good condition. There were some unexpected conditions, and damage, which was fixed promptly.

They were great. We had no complaints. They were very responsive. They were timely and flexible. They had no problem working around landscaping we were having done at the time. They were knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The overall job was done really well.

He was professional; he assessed the situation and my needs right on target. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing; he was also willing to do ours when the season was over and before it froze.

Excellently. They were the lowest bid, and installed more equipment than the other companies. They installed all the equipment in a day or two, and then took the time to show me how to use the controller and how to map out the system. They are quick to come out and schedule the spring and fall tune ups, and are reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them highly.

I had 3 groups come out and bid. This wasn't the least expensive of the three but they seemed the most knowledgeable. One bid was almost twice this cost.

My new home had a dated sprinkling system and several zones did not work, I used them to install a system in my previous home and I was pleased with the system performance and customer service so called them in to fix this one rather than use the name on the controller. Late in the season, yes, but now I'm ready for spring. Chad, the tech, spent 3 hours getting everything in order. He knew his stuff and kept me informed of his findings and repairs. They had no idea what they were in for until arriving on the site.

Kyle designed a great plan that offered total coverage, and took into consideration our future landscaping plans. The installation took place the week promised, and he personally came on-site the morning of the installation to make sure we were happy with everything. The total job took one day- as promised- and our lawn looks great. Their price was a little higher than competitors, but the cost per head was competitive, and the service was far superior.

WE WOULD RATE THIS COMPANY HIGHLY BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE A RAPID AND EFFICIENT SERVICE. THEY MAIL REMINDERS WHEN SERVICE IS COMING UP, EASY TO GET APPOINTMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIANS. THEY DO SEEM A LITTLE PRICEY.
