Dave was very thorough and spent all the time I wanted answering questions when he came to the house. He offered to meet when the insurance agent came to look at our roof, and he got our roof covered by insurance. Zach is always very fast in responding to our emails. Materials were delivered when they said and the crew came when they said they would. The crew came and in one day had our roof taken off and a new one put on with ridge vents and drip edges, and it was very well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

He then started the work soon after we contacted him to set up the work. It only took 3-4 days for the work to be completed. We are very happy with the product and the workmanship. Zach was great to work with. He had samples of the different colors of shingles to choose from. He went over everything that they would do to the roof and what t expect. His team was great. They were here when he said they would be the did their work and cleaned up all around the house to make sure no nails and debris was left behind. Zach came back the next day to re-inspect the roof and ask if we had any complaints or problems. I would definitely recommend Keystone Home Improvements to anyone needing a roof. They also do siding and gutters which he will be giving me an estimate on replacing ours.
