Zach replaced two exterior doors on our house and repaired some framing around them that had started to rot. He came out to give us a free estimate and provided us with a few options to deal with some of the quirks of our particular situation. He then handled the entire process of ordering new doors and disposing of the old when done. He worked efficiently with attention to detail and the end result looks great. He was friendly and communicative throughout the process. I will definitely work with Zach again in the future if other needs arise around our house.

Very helpful in getting insurance approval for hail damage. Contractor was very helpful and knowledgeable, and moved this process along. Roof was replaced in 1 day by a great work crew. Crew was very careful not to hurt our plants and gardens, and did a great job with cleanup.

Went very smoothly. He himself he came that evening to check if they clean up a nd if we are happy with the job. He went back a week after to make sure everything is okay. Making sure everything is clean, no nail and more.

Zachary meeting with the insurance adjuster was very instrumental in getting all of the damage covered. With his knowledge he was able to point out all of the hail damage. The roof was done in less than a day and the gutters only took a couple of hours.

Keystone was Absolutely Fantastic ! They did a beautiful job on 2 houses for me. They gave me an install date and sure enough they were there and got both roofs done quickly and efficiently ! Both houses look Great. The customer service by Austin was Great also. He made the process of selecting the shingle color and style absolutely pain free. John Orlando did a very good job going to bat for me pointing out important damage to my roof to convince my insurance company to cover it. Im very happy with Keystone overall. Hope to hire them for some siding work that I need done.

Great experience working with these guys. I was skeptical with the door-to-door soliciting but when John promised he'd take care of everything ... he literally took care of everything he could. One contractor had told me my roof was fine, but John took a look at identified a lot more hail damage - and got the insurance company to agree. I only had to pay my deductible (as promised) and the roof was put on in 1 day, about a week after the estimate! The roofing crew did a very thorough job cleaning up. Highly recommend, would use them again.

I am very pleased with the new roof that Keystone Home Improvement installed on my home! They arrived timely, completed as promised, and did excellent work!

Entire process was very easy to maneuver, from insurance claim to when they finished the roof. They arrived around 7am and were done by noon. They covered all of our bushes, walkways, patio and steps with tarps and removed all trash before they left. You couldn't even tell they'd been there. The crew was very polite. Would recommend this company!

John, the Project Manager, took care of all the paperwork... the job was done in a very timely manner... the crew did I good job and cleaned up nicely when finished. All in all, it was a job well done.

John with Keystone Home Improvement was great throughout the whole process. Luckily there was no out of pocket expense other than my insurance deductible. It took very little time and John took care of all the steps and made it easy for us. On the day of installation the workers were there on time and finished the whole roof very quickly. I am very happy with the results and love my new roof.

The install was very fast and the crew courteous. My roof is 20 square, and they were done in 5 hours! Be aware, they start at 6am sharp... But it was very nice to have it all complete and done before noon. Very happy with the quality and shingle product.

They got the roof done in one day and the siding done in two. They ordered the materials and had them on site within a few days and started promptly. Bob was great to work with and responded quickly with all questions. Zach was great to work with as well and was willing to negotiate some of the pricing. The person that came by(BOB)… was ok until I was honest and said I had another business coming by to look.... Then he got upset and said he wasn't going to WASTE his time here! I always get more than one opinion for work to be done. I chose a different company and don't suggest this company because of the attitude and the strong arm way he tried to do me...

John and Zach did an amazing job! In June, John knocked on our door and said he noticed our roof is very old, and he can help us to get a new roof. At that time, I did not quite believe him. He called me and came to our house several times to persuade us, and we decided to give Keystone a try. It turned out to be a great decision! They helped us get a whole new roof. They negotiated with my insurance company for every step, and get all the cost covered. What we need to do is just to pay the deductible. We really recommended Keystone to all our friends, especially John and Zach!

Keystone did a first rate job putting on my new roof and gutters. They were able to get the entire cost of the project covered by my insurance company. My project manager/ liaison was Bob Fellhauer and I can not say enough about his expertise and professionalism. Bob took care of everything from start to finish, including dealing with the insurance adjuster and all relative paperwork. The work crew's were on time, courteous, and professional. Everything was great. The quote process was quick, easy and very competitive. The day of the job, Zack arrived promptly and reviewed the job before work began. Any questions we had were explained and answered. The work was completed quickly and is very well done. Everything was cleaned up upon completion and you would never know they were here. The men were very polite, organized and conscientious of our home and time. We would highly recommend them and are planning future projects with them.

Excellent. The roof looks amazing. They were super easy to work with, no problems at all. We are having them do our gutters next.
