We had a fairly complex job and their people were in our home several times to template and install granite as the kitchen rehab progressed. While there was a mistake, it was fixed promptly and with a smile. They did everything on time, always called to set up times, and the called when they were on the way. Very nice people and we are very happy with the end result.

We had a very difficult layout for them to do. They did a very good job.

They provide fabulous service. They are super about communication and call if they are delayed for any reason. They are very honest, reasonable, and the finished product was perfect. They cleaned up well after themselves and I was very happy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We began with a very unimpressive initial visit to Hallmark. I arrived at my appointed time and the staff at Hallmark seemed very disorganized, with no apparent idea that I had an appointment. I did get a chance to look at the granite slabs they had in stock. I was very disappointed in the very small granite slab selection. I found my granite at another St Louis granite supplier and it was sent to Hallmark for fabrication & installation. That is where Hallmark's expertise lies. While I was a little apprehensive about using them because of the initial experience, Hallmark proved to be an excellent choice for fabrication and installation. Jeannie was our representative at Hallmark. She was wonderful to work with, answered all of our questions, made great suggestions, provided the timeline for fabrication and installation, etc. Hallmark arrived as scheduled & made the template. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who made the template - he was great; friendly, informative and professional. The granite fabrication was completed a few days ahead of schedule & installation went smoothly. The installers were amazing - absolute perfectionists, artists really, making sure the seams were barely noticeable. Great guys, friendly, efficient and professional. ***I recommend Hallmark for their granite fabrication and installation services.

I went to Hallmark to select and decide which granite sections I wanted for the various templates. Gary was helpful and patient during my selection process of laying out the templates on the granite slabs. We had to move the slabs around and rotate the slabs a few times which he was happy to do. Their templaters and installers were on time and professional. Clay came out to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Jeanne was the rep I worked with. She was the sour grape of the bunch. Her customer service was not as consistent as the other employees at Hallmark. I got her voicemail most of the time and she was was either slow to return my call or after a few days of not hearing back I would have to call again. She seemed impatient or rushed on the phone when I spoke to her. Sometimes she seemed friendly other times not. Overall I would say I am happy with the outcome. However if I were to use them again I'd work with a different sales rep.

We went through RP Lumber in Edwardsville, IL to purchase our Silestone countertops. They were the least expensive, beating out Home Depot and Kitchenland in their final quote. Hallmark stone was very professional. They showed up right on time and made sure we were happy with their service. We highly recommend RP Lumber/Hallmark Stone for quartz countertops.

We had contact with three Hallmark teams- Brian, the measurer, Jeannie the Customer Service agent, and Adam (and coworker) the installers. All were 100% professional, courteous, and pleasures to deal with. The measuring and installation teams were prompt, exactly on the promised times of arrival, and both called as they left their previous locations to say they were on their way. Jeannie led me through stacks of samples for our choice. All in all, we could not be happier with the experiance and results.

They are absolutely wonderful. I liked everything about them, including how they handled errors. The woman in the office who arranges appointments is extremely helpful and patient, and did not mind our repeated calls. The other employees were very friendly and professional, and were not pushy in any way. The installers were quite personable, and when there was a mistake in the installation, they came out immediately to make it perfectly right. They were very responsive, and I couldn?t be happier with their work.

Placed order with Home Depot. Hallmark Stone called and set up a time to measure and make templates for the countertops. They were there on time; returned at a better then expected period of time and installed the countertops. Everything was professionally done and they were extremely helpful.

Went OK but I was hit with a $2000 surprise to deal with rerouting plumbing and electrical behind a soffit. This could have been investigated at time of pricing or during demolition. Instead I had to pay premium to get electrician and plumber to deal with the issues.

The materials arrived earlier than we had expected...were delivered promptly...and expertly installed. The installer suggested that we add matching soap dishes, which we had been considering, for a finishing touch. We did order them and they also were promptly installed. Everything could not have been any smoother. I highly recommend Hallmark Stone to anyone interested in quality and an expert installation.

We ordered a new Silestone counter from Home Depot and it was installed by Hallmark Stone. They have crews here in the KC area, but their main office is in St. Louis. We removed the old counter to save some money. They came to make a template about 10 days prior to the installation. The man who created the template was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the whole process and we were very happy with his work. When the crew arrived to install the counter, they were very polite and professional. They had forgotten the piece of counter that goes behind the slide in stove, so one of the guys went back to get it after they unloaded everything. I specifically asked the installer that the hole for the soap dispenser be drilled as close to the edge of the sink as possible and he said he would be happy to do that. Then I had to go back to work and my husband stayed home while they completed the job. When I came home that evening I was very unhappy to find that the hole for the soap dispenser was actually 1/2" farther away from the edge of the sink than the other holes. We were told not to touch anything for 24 hours. The next evening when we slid the stove in place, we found that the piece was too wide. The stove would not go back as far as it should. So the next day we called Hallmark and they scheduled a call-back for the following Monday. They were very polite and professional. When the installers arrived one of the guys was new and one had been there on the original installation. They cut the piece for behind the stove to allow it to slide in all the way. While they were there I asked if they could do anything about the hole that was too far away from the edge of the sink. Since this hole was smaller diameter, there were able to drill it out larger (and closer to the sink) to make it work. The installation issues were addressed and corrected in an extremely polite, prompt, and professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. The only caveat is that you probably should make sure they understand what you want and have them repeat it back to you eliminate potential mistakes.

They allowed silica dust to float throughout my house, because they did not deal up their demo. They scratched floors in other parts of my house, got paint on my carpet, one shower leaked, scratched the newly installed countertops, allowed electrical subcontractor to cover up my radon tester, dumped powder residue from tile all over my lawn, often times failed to respond to my wife's questions. OVERALL A HUGE DISASTER.

They fabricated the top incorrectly. It took them 4 months to finally replace it and to correctly install the plumbing.

It was a relief to see a company stand up to its warranty without any hassles and making the experience miserable. Six individuals, at one time or the other, were over at our house making measurements, cutting templates, fitting, polishing and installing the countertop replacement. Since the piece was ''L'' shaped, it had to fit exactly, and it had to slip under the tile backsplash without cracking it. All the men involved showed up promptly, were polite, friendly, and experts in their specific jobs. My wife and I could not have asked for a better response to our problem.

I WENT THROUGH HOME DEPOT TO GET THIS COMPANY BASED OUT OF ST LOUIS. THEY COME TO KANSAS CITY ON A DAILY BASIS. I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED ESPECIALLY BY THE FOLLOWUP WORK. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED BY VAL OR KELLY. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. USED A SHOP VAC TO CATCH DUST AS THEY WORKED. I HAVE HEARD FROM FRIENDS THAT THEIR EXPERIENCE WAS DIFFERENT, BUT THEY WERE DEALING WITH ANOTHER PERSON NAMED COLBY ON THE PHONE. I THINK HE IS TO BE AVOIDED.
