Every level of interaction with Hallmark Stone employees was responsive and professional. The end result is the kitchen I've imagined for months...and just in time for the holidays! Communication was good and ensured quick progression from cabinet install to template and countertop installation.

The countertops are beautiful and fit perfectly. My house was built in 1928 and the walls are not all perfectly straight, so their care in measuring for the countertops was appreciated. They kept in touch with me so the new countertops could be delivered as soon as cabinet installation was completed. Delivery was on time, installers were courteous and professional. The counters look great and I've received many compliments on them.

Hallmark was very thorough in all they did. Communication was quick and addressed all my needs/questions. When they came to measure, they were on time and very polite. The actual countertops look great. We especially love how our backlit quartzite turned out - it's so pretty! Hallmark was very good about working with me to get exactly what we wanted despite some challenges due to working with fragile materials. In the end, we were very happy with all of their work and would highly recommend them.

It was our first experience with ordering granite countertops, but they came out and measured, cut the granite and installed it in a very timely manner. Our designer, Christine , took us to pick out the granite, and I couldn;t be happier with our choice.

Hallmark Stone installed granite countertops in our master bathroom. The experience was awesome! The templater was very thorough and answered all our questions. The install crew did a great job and treated our home as if it were their own. The office even called after the install to make sure everything went well and asked if we had additional questions! We are pleased and would highly recommend Hallmark Stone!

As a rental property owner, we have used Hallmark Stone many times. The experience is fantastic from start to finish. The lines of communication are wide open and I have never hesitated to call with questions. The appointments for template and install are set up quickly and at my convenience and Hallmark is always prompt to call and arrive on time. The finished producted is beautiful and has added value in all of our projects. We will continue to use Hallmark for all of our remodeling projects!

The employees were very helpful from beginning to end. They helped with design, measurements and answered all our questions. The cost included the installation. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. It looks beautiful. No problems.

It took about 4-6 weeks for cabinets to come in - then we were set for my tear out which went very quickly -- then they installed my new cabinets - we had to reorder a drawer front which came in quickly. The templaters then came in and measured with a lasar. One week later my granite countertops were finished and installed perfectly. Plumbing was then reconnected the following day. All service people were very clean, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Hallmark Stone to everyone!

Overall experience with everyone involved in this project was refreshing; the communication between all parties was spot on. I could not have worked with a better group of folks; I highly recommend the company as a whole.

We had a fantastic experience with Hallmark Stone. From the sales process, to design, to installation and follow up, the team was incredibly professional, expedient, and reasonably priced. First, we were invited to a consultation with a sales associate to pick out our stone. He was very flexible to our availability and gave us a full tour of their entire selection twice. He was really knowledgeable about the products, so we learned a lot about natural stone that we didn't know before, which helped us determine granite was the best choice for our needs. Once we selected our stone, the associate took us through a collaborative process to create a custom design for our granite counter top. We were provided a clear timeline of their services, and installation took place very quickly - within two weeks. Our associate even came to our house on a site visit after installation to ensure we were pleased with the final product. Our house has an open layout, and the kitchen is a central feature of our home. We constantly receive compliments from guests on our granite counter top - it is the most central and elegant feature of our house. We would definitely work with Hallmark Stone again, and have recommended this business to friends and family.

Hallmark stone has been my only choice for tops for 17 years. This is not because There are no other companies to choose from, but because I believe in finding the best companies for my clients. Hallmark's service is second to none! I have had clients through the years decide to supply their own tops, and never have I been able to say, wow they are almost as good as Hallmark. They just do not compare! The staff that my clients meet with to choose their stone are great, helping with picking just the right stone, my expeditor is amazing and the staff who template and install are neat, careful and professional. You may find someone cheaper, sure, but at what cost. One of my resent customers chose to save a few hundred dollars by using another top company. Let me tell you the result. They dry cut the cook top hole on the counters and protected nothing from the dust. The slides for the pot and pan drawers below we totally destroyed due to the dust. They did bot even clean the dust up. The dust and small granite chips were left on the newly refinished hardwood leaving scratches in the finish. The Shims were left un cut and the steel support was not shimmed leaving the overhang totally un supported. Adhesive was dripped on the cabinets and dried to the shelves. The finish had chips in it and the tops were not caulked to the cabinets and the gaps were about 3/16" on each side. To top this all off yesterday the owner came out to discuss them and he blew off all the issues and refused to fix them. Did I mention this was a brand new kitchen!!!! Hallmark would absolutely NEVER make these mistakes or treat a customer in such a fashion!!!! Look, in this business mistakes will be made, but in 17 years I have only had 3 minor issues arise. The response time and professionalism in which these issues were handled by Hallmark was amazing, absolutely no hassle! Bottom line is this, you can choose a different company for your stone, you have that choice, but i do not have that choice because I only accept the best. Hallmark is not just good enough, they are the leaders in stone tops, and the only clear choice for me. My initial experience selecting my stone was positive. I chose a remnant from their lot for a small bathroom remodel. The granite itself is lovely and I like the edging on the countertop. However, the sales person who was assigned to me for the duration of the job was terrible, downright rude. When I called with a question about scheduling, she behaved as if I was not just inconveniencing her, but totally putting her out. I wasn't happy with the way the holes were drilled for my faucet. When I asked if they could be adjusted, their response was (without having anyone look at it), "The installer said he drilled the holes fine. We don't need to do anything." They were a subcontractor through Lowe's in Chesterfield. They did not offer to correct the issue until I spoke with my contact at Lowe's. I would not recommend using them.

I use Hallmark almost exclusively when specifying natural stone or quartz material to my clients. For the past 13 years, my sales person at Hallmark has been great. As with any service industry not everything always goes smoothly, however, if there is ever an issue, my girl always goes the extra mile to resolve any problems. Most jobs go off without a hitch, the template and install guys are friendly and professional and timely. I don't usually write reviews, and I never write bad ones...stuff happens...and it is usually not the norm. But my most recent job with Hallmark was fantastic, I needed something turned around within four days, and they totally came through. I will continue to recommend Hallmark to my clients whenever possible. Thank you for all you do for my business.

Extremely rude sales people!! We called ahead to make sure we didn't need an appointment to stop by. They said it was fine to come in. Upon arrival, some guy walked by and coldly told us to sign in and wait. No greeting. I signed in and walked around the show room as we waited. While I rested by a small table, a sales lady with big hair came over, glared at me and said "excuse me" because apparently she wanted the table for her current clients. Feeling insulted, I walked away and the wait continued. Same lady finished with her clients, went over to a guy that clearly came in after me and asked if he needed help. I could hear every word exchanged. He didn't have an appointment, he didn't sign in, but somehow he deserved her attention more. She proceeded to ask him what he's looking for, ignoring me as I sat 15 feet away. Really?! Then she went over to the sign-in sheet, saw my name and that I've waited 30 minutes, finally turned to me and asked my name. I replied and instead of an apology, she said nothing further and proceeded to help the other gentleman. Wow! Like I couldn't afford one of your countertops? Well, we needed quartz countertops for our large kitchen, including the island, and three bathrooms. You just lost our business forever with your blatant rudeness. We would have made an appointment instead of walking in if they had suggested to do so during the phone call. I know places like this could be busy and would have gladly waited longer for the sales people to finish up. But overlooking us to help another customer with no prior appointment, who came in after us, because... what? Did we looked homeless? That's unacceptable and has made me angry enough to leave this review. Thanks for wasting our time.
