Response from GA CHOTT & ASSOCIATES INC
I met with the member on Thursday 10-20-11 at 10:30 A.M. At that meeting he told me he would like me to email the proposal. At 2:58 P.M. on Tuesday 11-1-11 I emailed him the very detailed proposal that I prepared for his project (flooring in several rooms, and various projects in the master bath) I waited a week for feedback as I always do, and called to check in. I had to leave a message which was never responded to. I apologize if the member never received the proposal, it's possible the proposal ended up in his spam because my email does go through my website. It's not that unconnon for peopole to not respond to a proposal, so I don't make a habit of making multiple follow up calls and being a pest. I sincerely hope the member found a quality contractor for his project, and that it went well. Darryll

Description of Work: Only received a bid and ended up going with a different company for my project. However, if G.A.'s work quality is anywhere near the customer service, professionalism and detail they put in on the bidding process then I have to believe they perform excellent work. Darryl came out to measure for the bid, then came back out and went over each line item of the bid and answered any questions I had.

Description of Work: Responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Very punctual, professional, and personable. Estimate and recommendations were in line with others we obatined. We opted for another company who was able to squeeze us in sooner although the time line from Chott was very reasonable and had the situation been different or the job been bigger we may very well have chosen Chott and will certainly consider them again in the future.
