From the beginning, Gary has provided us with exceptional quality of service, construction, and administration. Our kitchen is everything we hoped for. They found problems we would not have been aware of and provided us with details on the repair process. They also took the approach to the remodeling and repair jobs of "we will not leave until the job is done....the right way". And they do just that! The employee who did all of our work, James, was phenomenal. He takes much pride in his work and keeps at it until we were both satisfied. He also acted as the liason with the subcontractors which was a relief for me! He quickly became a part of our family. All of the individuals we have worked with displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and honesty. We had the pleasure of working with Gary, Darryl, James, and Angie. They tried to keep our costs down without jeopardizing the quality. We look forward to working with them on our next project. This company and their team provided us with a kitchen that is perfect!

They did quality work and we are very pleased. They were considerate of our needs. They do specialized work and we are extremely particular about things. We would highly recommend them as well.

They did a very good job. They communicated very well in terms of what needs to be done and the changes that happened. They showed up on time. At the end they came back to make sure that everything was done up to our satisfaction.

We were very impressed with Gary when he came to give the estimate, however we never saw him again until he came to collect our check. The job was supposed to take 3 days, however I came home at 6 pm on the first day and some new person (who I'd never met) was working in the bathroom and asked if he could continue working because he thought he could finish everything in just the one day. The work was rushed and looked sloppy. Because he was trying to finish in one day he had to step on the newly installed tile before it was set so now we have uneven and wobbly tiles. In his rush he also installed the towel racks on the wrong walls. The smaller rack was supposed to go above the toilet and the larger one on the opposite wall. Because he reversed the racks, the larger one would not fit over the toilet. Instead of calling to ask about this, he just hug the mirror at a crooked angel so that the rack would fit. Also, when they ripped out the vanity they found old wallpaper behind it. They did not call us to see if we'd like to remove the paper before installing the vanity even though the vanity was open in the middle and you could see the ugly paper. We ended up having to hire another contractor to remove the vanity so we could scrape and paint and then re-install it. We complained about all of this to Gary who did have the worker come back to change the towel racks and fix the mirror but that was it. Also, when he switched the racks he left huge holes in the wall. He then went into our basement and tried to find the paint to touch it up but used the wrong color paint so we ended up having to repaint 2 entire walls! We were extremely unhappy with the quality of work and ended up spending twice what we wanted because we had to redo most of it.

The experience with them was very good. He was very nice and pleasant. He came to the house, we talked and he measured everything. He was very detailed about what he would do and what the cost would be. He was very good about working with what I wanted. His workers were extremely conscientious about doing a good job with my older house. They did it in the time that they said they would too, which was very good.

We had exceptional service and we are very satisfied. We would not hesitate to call them back.

Not able to say yet, but the bathroom is going to take about 3-4 wks to complete. We are going pretty big as far as the tear out and remodel, so it's a major remodel, new tub/shower/vanities, lighting in the ceiling, more outlets... nothing is being spared. If I could post later I would, but I will say that he's serious about his work and doing the job right, and only starting the work when he's got the items for the remodel and can go full out, leaving us as little inconvenienced as possible.

Gary is very nice and professional. He was always very prompt when showing up to the house. It took a little extra time on the estimate b/c of flooding in the area and he was waiting on the countertop company. His employee did the work and was very professional and hard working. He did a great job on the shelving. The only problem was that the 3rd coat of mudding the drywall didn't get done initially. They were trying to save me some money by eliminating an extra day coming out to work. They are going to do this for me when they come to do the rest of the kitchen. Their rates are very reasonable. They do good work. They communicate well. They clean up after themselves. They were also very accommodating regarding my tight time line.

The company was great to work with from start to finish. They worked around our schedules meeting us early morning or evening when we needed to review work or make selections. The crew was very dependable and always showed up on time. They cleaned up the work area everyday. They put down plastic on our carpeted stairs and cardboard on our hardwood floors. They were very respectful of our house and were a joy to work with on this renovation project.

Estimate requested for kitchen remodel. Gary very friendly on phone and with meeting to discuss plans. I was told I would hear back in 1 1/2-2 weeks w/ estimate. After 3 weeks I called to check on this and he stated that they are too busy and I should look elsewhere. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Gary Chott came out promptly, listened to our needs, and gave us good advice. Max and James did a fabulous job. They are so nice to work with, and they are VERY skilled at their jobs. I've never seen drywall work done so well. When they finished, the area was cleaner than when they started. This is the second time we've had some work done by this company, and the results have been perfect. With a 45 year old house that hadn't been kept up, there are many projects, and we'll call Gary for every one. There may be companies that would do the work for less, but no one could equal the quality.

I couldn't have ask for a more positive experience. Ron took care of us like we were old friends. Their attention to detail and their customers was outstanding.
