They came on time. They gave an estimate and it was right on. They were professional and polite. They responded quickly to our phone calls. We would recommend them. The important thing is that they cleaned up well and hauled all the other equipment away.

Arrived promptly. Very friendly technician. Explained problem clearly. Problem fixed.

This was a big job and took 4 days. Some of the initial plans looked great on paper but ended up just not being possible or extremely difficult which caused frustration on the part of the workers. Unfortunately, that frustration being voiced to me, the customer, did not make me feel confident or relaxed. I was told ahead of time that they would use drop cloths and cover whatever I wanted to be covered but it wasn't until they were already working and underway that I realized that meant I need to instruct them as to where to put the cloths. One of the extremely difficult parts of the the job was trying to get lines to run down the unused chimney since there was something blocking it. The end was finally achieved but it resulted in a layer of soot and dirt covering everything in the house. Needless to say, that soot was also on the 4 worker's hands which then ended up on the 3 floors of hand railing and also the walls. The end result of the entire job is great, but what a mess!

I was very impressed with Courtney's from the beginning. When they came for the estimate, they were very thorough and took time to explain everything. The cost was very comparable to other places I had looked into. When installing the furnace they did a nice job, cleaned up well, and even fixed the drainage tube on my air conditioner.

I really like that with this contract they will move us up on the priority list on nights and weekends. We had the furnace go out and they came out quickly and fixed it free of charge. They are on time and will note anything they see you might need eventually so we can plan for the future.

They have been our choice company for 10 to 12 years now. They always do fine work. I have never had any problems with them in all these years. Their prices are fair and comparable to others. They are always there on time and always call the day before to remind us of the appointment.

The entire project was over 150000 dollars and I don t remember what chunk of it was this contractor s piece, but I do remember their price was reasonable and just what I thought it should be. I liked the manner of the men that came out and did the work, and they were very professional and kind the entire time. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great experience. Courtney's sent a technician out the day after I called. The repairman found the problem promptly and fixed it. He also took the time to make sure that our A/C was otherwise in good working order. He even checked the drain and cleaned the unit outside. It's been several months since the work was performed, and the A/C is working as good as ever.

We are very impressed with the service we've received from Courtney's. We're new to our old home and in addition to providing annual maintenance on our central A/C, an engineer came to discuss heating and cooling problems that we're experiencing. He offered several easy solutions to try before investing in new equipment that could be very expensive. There was no charge for his consultation.

They came on a Saturday morning at no premium charge. Fixed the furnace by cleaning a sensor. They were able to come shortly after we called them, were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

I've used Courtney's before and besides one poor experience they have always been timely and reliable. In this case, I called Courtney's when my boiler went down on Saturday night. Their after hours call service took the call and paged for a representative. I was up until 3:00 am but didn't get a response. In fact, I had to call three times on Sunday before I got an answer. When I finally got a person, Courtney's responded as they always do. They quickly confirmed my diagnosis of an electric problem and recommended I contact an electrician, saving me a wasted overtime call. The next day, after Schaeffer Electric repaired the circuit, I had Courtney's come out and clean the unit. It is completely functional now. They did charge me with a diagnosis charge, which seemed somewhat excessive, however, they saved me a call. My overall opinion is that Courtney's is an honest company and runs a relatively professional business.

The company performed the annual service check and maintenance. I subscribe to the annual plan, and get reminder notices about service. There are a wide variety of scheduling options.

The estimator put a pretty hard sell on me; I had thought I was getting more of a technical visit, but it turned out to be all about sales, complete with a choice between "gold", "silver", and "bronze" packages. I was kind of put off by the surprise, but the prices Courtney's was offering were in line with their competitors after I bargained them down about $800. The scheduling of the job was easy and I was glad the installer seemed trustworthy enough to leave in the house alone. There was one surprise: The fancy filter they sold me came with a cheap galvanized bracket that would have immediately collapsed under the weight of the furnace. Basically the filter was incompatible with the furnace in an upflow orientation. The installer found a workaround but it is a little jury-rigged. I feel like the estimator didn't know what he was selling me. So far, it's been a month and we've been happy with the furnace, although we will have to use a screwdriver to change the filter.

Courtney's has always been prompt and professional. They are polite, and they never mind my watching and asking questions. They have kept my 21-year-old furncace and A/C running just fine.

I have been pleased with the service provided by Courtney's. The technicians they send out are prompt and professional. I always learn something by watching them work and asking questions which they graciously answer. The office staff is always pleasant on the phone.

The front office called ahead to let me know their tech was on the way, so I could come home from work and not have to stay around at home the entire afternoon. I was given a time window from noon to five PM, and their tech was at my door at quarter past twelve. A very friendly person showed up to perform the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and was glad to explain to me exactly what he was doing while he was working. I have had nothing but great experiences with Courtney's. I had previously hired them this past summer to check out a non-cooling A/C unit, and their tech diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem (loose fuse connection at the compressor disconnect) quickly. He also even noticed that my drain hose wasn't draining properly and explained to me what was going on and fixed it in a minute or two right there for me.

Experience was fine. Repairman was courteous and polite, very professional. He figured out the problem and came up with the solution and fixed the furnace. It was a lot better than having to buy a new furnace!

Their service is excellent. They came out to the house to fix the furnace very quickly so we didn't go without heat very long. We signed up for their maintenance plan. We have recommended Courtney's to many of our friends.

TECHNICIAN NAMED EDIN WAS VERY COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY. HE DID THE INSPECTION and FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE ALSO HANDLED ALL THE WARRANTY SUBMISSION and VERIFICATION EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE UNIT.
