I strongly recommend them. We've had them do several repairs and adjustments and they always do a great job. They're really, really fast and everything they do is perfect. They are personable and explain everything thoroughly. They have an engineer they send out if necessary. They truly try to find you the best deal...they're not trying to sell you stuff out of your price range. They want to keep their customers. The staff you talk to the phone all know you by name. Very trustworthy too....we can leave them alone at our house while we're at work if necessary. We feel we have truly lucked out finding this company.

one of four estimates I recieved. Phil Courtney came out and did the estimate. I had been led to believe I needed an additional 6000 worth of new ductwork by another company and that was not the case. This was a rehab loan project and required additional paperwork from the company to get approval from my bank. they were awesome about it and did a great job. the installers were quick and though it took all day they only stopped for a few minutes for lunch. great staff in the office and very knowledgeable.

My outside air unit stopped working (fan wouldn't start) on Friday afternoon. On the recommendation of my brother-in-law who uses Courtney's for their regular service, I called them and they were able to come out on Saturday to investigate. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. It was a relatively simple fix, so I decided to do it myself but the technician talked me through the steps I would need to take. I stopped using my old A/C service provider when they tried to overcharge me on some parts and labor. I didn't get that feeling at all from Courtney's and I have now signed up with them for the annual maintenance checks. Another plus on Courtney's is that there is no extra charge for weekend visits. Also, their yearly maintnenance plan seems to be one of the best that I have found.

Overall, the last visit went very well. They gave us a discount. I would recommend them.

I have been very pleased most visits - from the initial phone call to the service visit. They are always punctual and professional and pricing is reasonable. The last time, looks like the guy cut some corners when installing a thermostat to save time, so I wasn't too thrilled because it was sloppy work. It was a simple fix for me, just looked bad. Ive had them do larger jobs and the work has been great.

My air conditioner didn't turn on when I went to use it the first time this summer. Called one company to come out and fix it, but they couldn't, it was too old. So I got a bid from that company and Courtney's on recommendations from neighbors. A third company recommended to me never even called back to schedule an appointment. Both the first company and Courtney's gave me almost the same price for a new condensing unit outside and a new A-coil in the basement. However, I was interested in having my second floor zoned. First company wouldn't even talk to me about that, they said they don't do those kind of installations. Courtney's was good to go. They've installed those systems, the estimator had pictures to show me, and he wrote up an estimate and handed it to me before he even left the house. That was on a Friday, they came out the following Thursday and did the install. The job involved the condensing unit, the a-coil, a minor bit of duct-work replacement (included in the price), installation of 13 pneumatic duct dampers, and installation of a wireless thermostat for the second floor. The installation was clean and professional. I'm very happy with the job and the zoning system is working great. For those interested the air conditioning was $3500 and the zoning system was $3300.

sales rep was very knowledgable and took the time to understand my particular situation. My house had a wall removed which caused several issues, and had some good ideas for fixing those problems. pricing was very competitive, would have back to the house for other jobs when needed. only reason I didn't go with them this time is i had given my word to another contractor that we would have a contract, and i didn't want to go back on my word.

They were prompt and on time. They installed the furnace. They were clean and efficient. The sales rep was really nice. They had good price and good reviews on Angieslist.

I have been using Courtney for semi-annual heating and cooling maintenance for nearly twenty years. Their maintenance contract is reasonable, and they don't have sudden surprise exclusions when you call for work to be done. Don't know why I didn't think of doing this review earlier--they are awesome, responsive, professional, and clean up so well after themselves you wouldn't know they'd been there.

Paul Holt arrived on time for the original appointment, which was scheduled in the evening so that I wouldn't need to miss any work. He was extremely knowledgable and offered me several options for each phase of this project, with projected energy savings for each option. After making my selections, he gave me a total cost for the project. I called the office the next day to schedule the installation. On the appointed day, two technicians came (on time) and began the work. Except for a quick lunch break, they were extremely busy and efficient until the job was completed. This worked out to a ten or eleven hour work day. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. After walking me through the operation and upkeep of my new systems they answered a few questions I had, welcomed me to call if I had any further questions or problems, and thanked me for my business. I was very surprised that they could complete all of this project in one work day.

We have rental properties and we have had them service all of them for four or five years. They are very professional, they are timely, and their employees are all very polite and knowledgeable. They respond almost immediately when you have a problem; they have 24 hour service 7 days a week and they don’t charge you for overtime if you are a preferred customer.

The salesman arrived promptly at the initial meeting. It was clear from the beginning that he was "old school" in terms of salesmanship- he talked about his own family/background in order to establish a rapport and he tried to talk about other services the company offerred such as tankless water heaters. He asked my husband to enter the small access into the attic to check on a flexible duct rather than do it himself but he was rather elderly. He wanted to come back for a personal appointment to discuss the bid rather than email it. We agreed but then changed our minds and sent a email requesting the bid by email by Tuesday rather than meeting on Wednesday so we could make a decison more quickly. He arrived on Wednesday, alleging he never received our email. He was very interested in which company we chose and the price we were going to pay- which seemed nosy and invasive. They may be a good company with good work but we went with another company that was more responsive.

Everything went well. I gave them a B for price because when I made an appt. I asked for the year maintenance plan (A/C today, Furnace in fall), when I was given the bill, they said that it would not be for this year, but for a full calendar year (AC + Furnace + A/C). I chose to opt out and pay the one time maintenance price. This was confusing because the other companies I called offer annual maintenance contracts which are for A/C + Furnace.

It was a good experience. The price was much, much lower than my other estimates and I was not disappointed with the professionalism and quality. The installers were so professional and incredibly clean. They had to cut numerous holes in my plaster to install ductwork and left virtually no mess at all. This is a quality company with nice people.

The work went very well. The owner called me back within twenty minutes after I had called him. He was very honest. I called him on a weekend and he told me that if he came out on that day, I would have to pay him more. So, he asked me to wait till Monday. He also told me that I could put on the oven, for keeping the chill off the house. He tried to be as helpful as he could. He understood the situation. I will use him again, if needed. Their prices were good. In fact, they were cheaper than the other companies when it came to the weekend charges. Most companies charge a trip charge just to come out, but these guys apply it to the repair work that you have. So, you don’t have to pay the additional $60-$70 for them to come out. I think that is very fair. Currently, my furnace is working fine.

They crew who came out was timely and polite. They made sure to clean up after themselves. I felt that they were reasonably priced.

My experience with them was very good. I was pleased to use them. They did a good clean job and were reasonably priced. They were also prompt in what they needed. Both of them are functioning very well. Their building and office was good to deal with and so was their installation staff.

Was just put in on 4/2/09. Paul Holt gave estimate. He was courteous, professional, not trying to sell me. I had received 3 estimates and Courtneys was lowest and had best warranty. One estimate from another company wasn't sure if what i wanted could be achieved with my existing furnace. Mentioned to Paul and he said, that was not a problem or a concern. i felt their "no lemon guarantee" which states in first year, if i am dissatisfied in any way, they will return my money........."no questions asked"...........solved this issue and this was in writing on contract outside of the other 10 year warranties given. no one else offered this and gave me the piece of mind not to worry about other company's concern in not being able to achieve what i wanted. From start to finish, everything went well. Technicians Jason and Alex who installed unit were friendly, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up just like Paul had said their company would do. Courtney's also registered all the warranty information that was necessary so I didn't have to go behind them and do myself. It was basically a turn-key operation from start to finish with the best warranty offered, friendly personel from sales to technicians to office workers. I was very impressed and hope that if their is a problem in the future, their promises both verbal and written will duplicate their installation and sales in terms of service and giving me what i want at the best price and warranty of all three of the estimates i received. If for nothing else, ask them about that "no lemon guarantee" and then make your mind up yourself as this put them over the top of all the other estimates on top of the other things previously mentioned.

Paul Holt came to my home on time. He was very professional, but had a strong sales pitch. He tried to sell me filters I did not need. I had originally wanted a particular type of humidifier, but he tried to sell me something else. He wasted a lot of my time instead of going straight to business. I went with someone else because of their high price and sales pitch.

They did a good job. We took bids from a few people, they were most straight forward and good on price. They followed through with the bid. The salesman was very knowledgable.

They showed up on time. They were friendly and courteous. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They really seem to know what they are doing. They charge very reasonable prices.

Estimator was thorough in explaining the system and answering questions. Installation technicians were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up daily.

The employees were courteous, polite, and professional. They are very dependable time wise. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used this company for four years. They have installed my furnace and air conditioning. The owner came to our house to measure and explain all of the features to us. The workmanship is superb and they do not leave any mess. They are the best service company I have ever had.

Our AC stopped blowing cool air in the middle of a Friday night, and the dryer/filter on the line outside was freezing. We called early Saturday to schedule a visit. Although we were promised that someone would arrive before 12:30 pm, the serviceman did not show up until after 4 pm. However, once he arrived, he was fast, efficient, courteous, and helpful. He checked the system for leaks/pressure, found none, and determined that it was simply low on coolant. After 1 month, the system is still working fine.
