Mike came out in timely manner for estimate. Workers came early - finished in 6 hours clean up acceptance.

The windows are GREAT! The salesman not so great... The windows were ordered 12-13-12 (at least I thought). Every time I called the salesman he told me 6 to 8 weeks to get in. Then on 1-23-13 I find out he forgot to order the windows!! I got these windows through a grant with O'Fallon MD. If i had to pay for them - I could of cancelled right then and there. I was not happy at all.

The service was excellent and the windows look great. This was the second home in which we had Champion windows installed. We were very satisfied with our previous experience and this was the determining factor in going with Champion a second time. They produce a quality product and stand behind their work. Their windows cost a little more than other companies but the product is quality and I have found them to be a reputable company which gives me peace of mind. The windows are performing well and the comfort of our home has improved substantially. If I replace additional windows in the future, I will definitely consider Champion.

12/19/12: The factory representative, Kent arrived at the specified time. He was very professional, presented us with all our options and when we are ready to replace windows, we'll call Kent. 1/3/13: The factory representative arrived on time and measure for the door. 1/24/13 Randy and another installer arrived at the specified time with the door. The door was installed and when they left the only evidence that they had been here was, we had a beautiful new sliding patio door.

They were prompt to make them. Installation was on time; very courteous and well mannered installers. I think it was too pricey, though.

Great install work, SNAFU on part of order. Replaced winding glass component in two weeks.

This has been an ongoing process for 6 months. The sunroom has been leaking since day 1. It has been a huge ordeal and quite the nightmare. They have been out several times trying to fix the problems with the sunroom, but none of the crews were able to fix it. After many crews were unable to fix the room, we requested they tear it down and get a full refund. We still have $700 worth of flooring (and even more in furniture) that we are stuck with that we were expecting to install. Their crew littered cigarettes and did not clean up after themselves. They were not professional and left the clean up to us.

We visited the Champion showroom in Fenton. Someone came to my home to measure for the new windows we ordered and about a month later we received the windows. Crew, was efficient, helpful and friendly.

My experience was good. The price could have been a little cheaper than it was. They did a beautiful job.

My experience was very, very good. I was happy with it. They were a bit expensive, but you pay for what you get and it was outstanding! The workers were very nice also. I have had so many compliments on this door.

Very well. They did break one window but we were not charged for the breakage. They did mess up one wall near a window, but they patched it.

There was 1 person to perform job. He was"superior". Installed windows and cleaned up when he was done. Excellent service.

Overall installs went fine but there were two different crews (one for doors and one for windows), so getting everything done at once was hard.

They did an excellent job and were very efficient. They were extremely pleasant to talk to and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them and if I ever need more windows I will call them.

The salesperson was very good at his job. He explained his product thoroughly and took his time giving references of previous customers. The installers were the exact opposite of Barry, the salesperson. He was extremely friendly and informative. The head installer was one of the least friendly people I have ever met. He greeted me with a head nod. Did not even introduce himself. Just said he was here to do the windows. His co-worker was a little more talkative. He informed me that he was about to start work. Most of the work was done competently with the exception of one of the storm screens which did not fit. They had to make 2 more trips to get the window fitted correctly. The worker who came out to replace the windows was very friendly and professional.

Arrival okay - job done in one day. Two workers - difficult area with rough ground outside. Fantastic job...one day.

The men were on time to replace the windows. They did a beautiful job and they cleaned up any mess and took away the older windows. I was very pleased with their work.
