They are very professional. Every one of their technicians are highly trained. They use the least invasive chemicals you can use and still get the job done. They won’t spray anything they shouldn’t. They are licensed and bonded. They are all very pleasant people to deal with.

Things have gone very well with them. They come when they say that will. They are doing a good job.

I have been a customer of theirs for years. They always notify me if they need to reschedule.

They come and spray every other month. My overall experience with them is excellent. Their price is good and their quality of service is excellent.

They haven’t come out this year yet for the inspection and that's usually in the summer. They are professional. When we had evidence of some termites that actually came up in a crack in the foundation, they came out and treated it right away and the termites haven’t come back. Their service is effective. They are a local company and that was my main criteria.

They came out twice and put stuff down. They were very friendly and nice.

A guy came and I had to take my 2 cats and put them in the car. He sprayed inside the house and around the garage. Then he sprayed around the house several feet. I had to stay out of the house 4 hours. Then come in and open window and turn AC back on( had to turn off or up so the spray would stay in the house.) I had to vacuum every day to get the adult, larva etc. They can get in to your walls and come out later. He came 7 days later to spray again. And we had to leave again for 4 hours. Continued to vacuum every day for awhile. Fleas are gone!!

We've got a routine maintenance schedule with them. I've been pleased with them. They show up and do their job really worth the money. We have fewer spiders in our house which was the primary reason we reached out to them. We've been happy with them. I didn't compare their price with anybody else.

They carry out services routinely. I don't have bugs. I don't see them when they come. They just do external service. I have no complaints about them.

Had an appt for 5pm for them to spray inside my house and inspect for termites. Arrived home at 5pm to find they had already been by, sprayed outside my house (which I did not request, as they had just sprayed us 2 months ago), and a note that said "couldn't spray inside, no one was home" and a bill for $79.00. My son said the note was on the door when he got home from school at 3. I left work early to be home by 5, and now will have to again to get a different company to come out. Customer service did credit the $79. This isn't the first time this has happened.

We are really happy with them. We have a monthly agreement with them. We have got 16 units in our condo. If we want personal service in the unit when they come to do the regular service on common areas, all we need to do is let them know and they provide that. Since they are already here, they do that for $35.00. I think that it is a really good deal, but it would be specific to a condo situation. I think even their main service is around $105.00 or $110.00 which I think is very reasonable. They use green products that are safe for kids and safe for pets. We really are high on the company and we got them off Angie's List. It is $69.00 per month for spraying the common areas. We have 15 rodent bases where they go in and feed. They service those and replace the bait if necessary. Their price is reasonable. They are very professional. Our situation is a little bit different. With us we know when they are coming every month. It's always the last Friday of the month or close to that. Not only do they show up when they are supposed to show up, they send us a reminder 2 weeks before in case anybody wants to add service. When we get the reminder, I can send it out to our residents and if somebody wants a service, they can give their names to me. We also get a great bill on the individual service because we are already a corporate customer. They will be here tomorrow.

They have done a great job. Their product works and they are very nice. They also removed a family of birds from our basement several years ago. They are quick and superior. I will use them again in the future.

We even have them treat for mosquitoes, we get hundreds of them.(and we have only gotten one bite this summer). They are a family owned business. Very kind, always send the same guy out. They are wonderful !

An employee named Paul came to my home and liberally sprayed all over the outside and the deck. It was a viciously hot day. He was soaking wet with sweat by the time he was done. The heat did not stop him from doing a very thorough job. I haven't seen a carpenter bee all summer. Since he sprayed, I have only seen a couple of wasps where there used to be hundreds. Thanks Paul!

The person answering the phone was helpful and knowledgeable. The technician was personable and thorough. I don't like handling the chemicals, and with pets I am not sure which are okay to use. With an older home I worried about creatures and critters, and now I feel better.

We like them. They did a good job and it was good price.
