I don’t like them because I still have bugs in my house. They have been back three times to spray for ants but they can’t get rid of them. They are friendly, but I don’t think it is worth the money I paid for it.

They fixed the problem temporarily, but the ants have come back so I probably will have to call them again. My wife said that she was here a couple of times when they were working and she was impressed. She thought they were nice. I would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

I found them on Angie's List. They were good. I liked their people that came in. They were friendly. I liked them. They were thorough. They would spray if we got ants. They would come out during the spring and fall seasons.

I have a regularly scheduled program for Blue Chip to provide insect spray and bait the stations once in the spring and once in the fall. The service is prompt and the paperwork for the service is provided always done effectively. When you contact the office, the staff is professional and responsive.

They are very good and it works very well. I don't have any problems and that's why I use them. I will continue to use them.

They are fine. They do what they say, they show up on time, they are professional, and I get dead bugs. They aren?t the cheapest, that?s for sure.

He was extremely polite and efficient. I was so impressed i asked if the company has a continuing plan to come and spray. They did and signed up for it.

We were very pleased with the service and the responses we got.

The guy they sent out was friendly and personable. He explained what he was doing and listened to what our needs were, responding appropriately. He explained their service plan but didn't put pressure to sign up for anything. We are very satisfied with the way they dealt with us.

Although they charge more than our previous exterminator, who retired, we will be quite satisfied with this company as long as we have no bugs. The gentleman who sprayed was very nice.

The entire process from booking the appointment through execution was professionally handled. When inspector was held up in traffic due to accident on highway I received a call warning me that he would be late and they offered either to reschedule or proceed when he arrived.

They're very professional and clean up after themselves. We're satisfied so far.

Nick was very, very knowledgeable and professional. He called as promised before he arrived and did a thorough inspection and treatment. He even offered to clean up a dead mouse in my attic for me! Without the coupon this company was in the middle of the road in pricing.

They were very honest and didn't try to push anything on us that we didn't need. They told us about other services they offered but didn't try to push it on us.

They were very professional. They were very cognitive to the fact that we have pets. They also gave us some advice about keeping pests out from the woods behind our house. We thought they were very good. The price was average.

He set the traps out and waited. He never did catch any moles, so he packed the traps up and left. The guy was nice. They were courteous and everything else, but they weren't able to catch any moles. I was surprised that they were on the business and couldn't catch anything.

They did a good job and were very knowledgeable about finding the source of the problem and how to treat it.

So far I have enjoyed them. They send me a card and come the day they're supposed to come. I don't have any problems.

Everyone who comes out is very professional and they always make sure to explain things well. We had a mouse problem and I liked that they did not make us to commit to any care outside of the problem. They are competitively priced. I have had a good experience with Blue Chip Exterminating.

I like their approach of working on the outside of the house primarily and not having the chemicals inside the house to keep the bugs under control. However, they come and spray inside the house if I do have a problem. I don't know about the price because I haven't compared them with anyone else in a long time. I don't know if they are more expensive or less expensive than the others. They didn't charge us the first time when we thought we had bugs in the house and called them and they gave us some free stuff to try. They did more than what other companies would have done.

We've used Blue Chip in the past. They have always done a great job. Sprayed each unit, with extra time in one unit suspected to have the problem. I've not seen a roach since the spraying. We will be doing a follow up to be sure.

Anyone know the purpose of a fenced in back yard? Hey if you said to keep a child or dog in your yard you are smarter than Blue Chip. Guy shows up sprays and leaves the fence WIDE open (2nd Time). They could care less I spent my time tracking down my dog. Customer service just added fuel to the fire.

I have been using their services approximately for 5 years. The crew is nice and professional. We have used them to get rid of termites and mice which have not returned. I haven't used other exterminators so don't know about the prices. We have had good luck with everything they have done.

I called because I saw mice in my kitchen and droppings in the pantry. A service man came out within several days, explained the different options, inspected the inside and outside of the house and put out glue traps. Another service man returned in one week to check traps and inspect the house. I decided to go with outside bait stations. There was some confusion about when the stations would be delivered and that I should call to pay the bill.(The second service man told me this.) The costs were automatically charged when the stations, bait and key were delivered. I emailed about the different delivery dates and the charges. The office staff were very helpful, clarifying things. I do think there may be some communication issues between service personnel. The bait came in a plastic bag and the key to the bait stations in the bag. Since the bait is poisonous it seems to me that more care should be taken in packaging. This did not affect the service nor did the confusion in charging and delivery so I did not rate them down.

Blue Chip Exterminating did an outstanding job. They are just really good. I was very pleased with their work. I have not seen any bugs at all in my house. They followed up after six months to make sure everything was doing good.
