They had to order the part because it wasn't in stock. It was supposed to be in by Wednesday but due to a shipping error, it didn't show up until Thursday. They offered us a cooling unit in the meantime. Given the heat of the week, I wish they'd offered us the option to rent one sooner if that was possible.

The work took about an hour and a half to complete. I honestly don't remember. There was just one worker. The worker was professional.

Three men, one of them a trainee, showed up right on time. Nice truck. They were very careful not to bring dirt into the house. They wore shoe covers. They covered the fireplace with plastic, so no soot would be drawn into the house. They were very efficient in their equipment setup; they obviously knew what they were doing. Their goal was to demonstrate to me that my air ducts were leaking and that I needed to purchase their aero-seal service. Frankly, I thought the seal testing was somewhat hocus-pocus science. They did make a valuable suggestion about closing off my attic fan vent. When I asked if they could adjust the insulation bats in one part of my attic and if they could install insulation under the floor of one of my rooms, they said they could not or would not do that. They recommended some other company, who did show up a week later. He looked over the job, left, and never called me back. The job estimates from Anton's (3 of them) included not only the Aero-seal service, but also replacing my working air conditioning unit, inside and out.

The technician performed a thorough inspection of my hvac system and provided clear feedback of areas of concern to monitor for the season. I appreciated the extra time spent checking over the whole system.

Scott Moore (Comfort Advisor) and Anthony Zeller (Heating and Cooling Technician) conducted the "Comprehensive Home Energy Assessment" and it went very well. The report showed that my house is well insulated and no other actions were necessary. But Scott noted I had an oversized Air Conditioning (3 Ton) and Coil (4 Ton) for the size of house I have and the Air Conditioning (3 Ton) and Coil (4 Ton) were to big for the size trunk line I had. Scott stated I only needed a two (2) ton system and I would be more comfortable with the smaller system. Scott and Anthony were very professional in there work and I was happy with how they conducted themselves. I weighted the Pro's and Con's of getting a whole new system and decided to have them install a new two (2) ton system. I was happy with how the Technician (I do not remember there names) who installed the system worked and conducted themselves.

They were quick to get in and out. My hot water heater blew out due to the test they preformed. Nothing like a freezing cold shower to wake you up in the morning.

It went as well as the appt could go. I have to replace a furnace based on the tests they ran. Eddie was on time and honest.

I don't like their pricing because it is high. It took them about a week to come out, but I wasn't in a hurry. Just one person came out to complete the service.

I had a contractor fail to complete the installation of the 3 HVAC systems, and they completed it for me. The other company left me high and dry.

Anton's far exceed our expectations in every aspect of the service they provided to us. Our furnace started leaking carbon monoxide in the morning. They sent out a repairman within just a few hours. When it was determined that our furnace was irreparable, a salesman who was in our area immediately came and provided us with multiple options and pricing to fit our needs. The information was very clear and easily understandable so we felt we could make a good decision. The day of the installation the service team arrived promptly, and while we were expecting a huge mess from totally replacing our system and improving our insulation, we could not even tell they had been in our home when they were finished because they cleaned up after themselves so well. All of the service team was clean cut, respectful and polite. Our furnace did need some additional adjustments after the initial installation, and the owner himself came to our home to make sure that everything was properly taken care of. He is an extremely nice gentleman and we could tell that customer satisfaction was his top priority. Anton's is top notch. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation. Because of the necessity of our situation, we did not price compare them with anyone else. However, even if they would be slightly more than a competitor, we would still recommend them over anyone else, because you won't be able to beat their customer service and that is worth a lot.

Scott and Anthony arrived on time and were very professional and informative. They performed the assessment and provided me with the results and recommendations while they were here. They were very knowledgeable of their products and services and answered my questions without hesitation. When I mentioned a health concern for one family member Scott provided more information including a detailed safety data sheet. The next day I received an email with the detailed results as well as their recommendations for my home and an estimate of the cost. I would recommend Anton's to a friend.
