Steve and Scott were very helpful! Unfortunately we have to replace one unit but they checked everything thoroughly prior to helping us make the decision for replacement.

Came out very quickly and got our video to us in the matter of an hour.

The service technician, Chris Clawson, was professional and thorough, finding only one item that may need to be replaced. He didn’t push on that replacement at this time. As part of my membership, there are no charges.

We had Anton out to our house to fix a leaking shower faucet. The initial plumber did not resolve the issue which is why we gave a 4/5. After speaking to the supervisor, the supervisor came out and resolved the leaking faucet at their expense. We appreciate Anton’s commitment to correct the situation the initial plumber created and resolve our leaking faucet.

Asked for a quote on Geothermal. Instead gave a quote for to seal our existing duct system despite being told multiple times we did not want that. Did not respond to email.

Everything went perfectly with Anton's... from the scheduling assistant actually walking me through several DIY steps I could take while on the phone with her to avoid a service call, to the actual service MANAGER coming out on the call so his crew could attend a training, to helping me get my system back up and running... just an amazing experience all the way around.

Anton’s had installed a new A/C unit and furnace a couple years ago and everything is running great! Came out for a yearly tune-up and were very polite and efficient. I was working in my office and barely knew they were here. 10/10 Would Recommend

Great! Mike was prompt, friendly, courteous. He was very thorough and pointed out some things including how old and decrepit and DANGEROUS my water heater was. That was something that has been in the back of my mind for a while. I knew it was way past it’s reasonable life, and I’m glad it’s made it this far, but I didn’t realize how dangerous it had become, so I’m thankful that he checked it and let me know. And he got an appointment for a replacement sooner than I’d have been able to get it if I had just called in. Very happy with the service.

very well. service man was very knowledgeable, courteous, well dressed, and a very nice person.

I was not at home and they were done before I returned, but I came home to a nice cool house, a quiet blower motor, a new thermostat, a very professional job of installing the whole thing, and even a new smart thermostat that they threw in at no extra cost. A very pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the technicians who came since I never spoke to them, but they cleaned up everything nicely when they were done.

Great! Ronan was pleasant and professional. He did a thorough check. Found some problems that needed remediation and they are already scheduled to work on that tomorrow. I am glad the problems were found before the weather turns hot. What’s more, I believe he may have discovered the reason my electric consumption has been steadily increasing over the past year. Hopefully, I will be in good shape after this.

Installed ok and he left ! No complaints!
