Description of Work: Replaced Air conditioner, electric heater, and blower motor. Worked with Scott ahead of time to determine what unit to install. Scott gave me lots of options, and was willing to work with me to increase blower motor size. Price was extremely reasonable. Work was done, and area was left cleaner than they found it. I would use them again!

Description of Work: Three different jobs in 3 different areas of the house. Work was done quickly and repaired/installed items continue to function well. 19 days after service, I still have received no invoice.

Description of Work: Installed a new hot water heater in a second floor condo. It had to be installed in a tight little closet and was a difficult job. They did a fine job and left things clean and back to normal. It works fine.

Description of Work: Had floor drain replaced in our basement. Required digging down under floor. then rplacing drain pipe and fixing floor. Hot water heater had to be moved, then replaced. O'Laughlin Plumbing was called they did not return my calls after they came out to look at the problem. Sinak came, gave me a reasonable estimate, then did the work. The final bill was over $100.00 cheaper than the estimate.

Description of Work: i was preparing for a dinner party when my kitchen drain backed up. i tried everything I could but was unable to clear the problem. I called Sinak and Angie, who answered the phone, was very concerned about my predicament. She put me on hold fore less than a minute and came back to tell me that Max was on his way here. Max has done work at my house several times before. He arrived in under 30 minutes, assessed the problem, snaked through the stack to unclog the stoppage, and was gone in under 20 minutes. Max even remembered my dog! They didn't require payment at time of service but will send a bill in the mail. I wouldn't use any other plumber than Sinak.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken exterior faucet and installed shut off inside. Also hooked up gas grill.

Description of Work: I have big roots in my front yard the grow into the pipes and back them up, so I have Sinak come out and snake the sewer every six months. (That might seem very frequent, but I'll do ANYTHING to avoid ever having to clean up sewage in the basement!) Sinak always does a great job, and the plumbers are very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: This compnay is not flexible to peoples needs. I had to take off work for someone to come, I waited for 4 hours and not one came. I called and was told they has made a mistake on the appointment time. I had to call them. I will never never use them for anything.
