I was not at home and they were done before I returned, but I came home to a nice cool house, a quiet blower motor, a new thermostat, a very professional job of installing the whole thing, and even a new smart thermostat that they threw in at no extra cost. A very pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the technicians who came since I never spoke to them, but they cleaned up everything nicely when they were done.

Great! Ronan was pleasant and professional. He did a thorough check. Found some problems that needed remediation and they are already scheduled to work on that tomorrow. I am glad the problems were found before the weather turns hot. What’s more, I believe he may have discovered the reason my electric consumption has been steadily increasing over the past year. Hopefully, I will be in good shape after this.

Next morning at 7:45, the crew was here for installation! (Tony, Aaron and the gang). Their office helped me with financing, too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone--now I know why they were rated so consistently excellent.

Great. Brandon knew his stuff. He conducted and airflow test to show us where our leaks were. He provided suggestions on where we could best reduce leaks. He also looked over our structure (joists) and HVAC system, again, suggesting improvements. Well worth the investment!

He arrived around the time discussed. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all of the different options and explained the procedures. I really like this company. Everyone is really courteous and helpful. The installation had to be sub contracted out. The person who did the installation was on time and did a good job.

Awesome! We were about to get our HVAC systems replaced completely (2 units) and Antoine did an amazing job and was very thorough. Communication was on point and they said they would call before they came out and they did just that before the appt for the quote and before the service being done. Very pleased and would do business with again!

We called several A/C professionals when our A/C stopped working on a hot July day. Anton was the first company to call back so we happily agreed to have them come out even though we had never heard of them. Our tech was Ronan. He immediately discovered the problem..we needed a new capacitor. He had it diagnosed and installed in 10 minutes. He also checked refrigerant levels but said it was fine. When we got his bill for $406 we were shocked but paid it (we later learned how cheap the part actually is and spoke with others who had the same work done for a fraction of the cost). But the real shocker came when we requested an estimate for a new HVAC (our A/C was not that old but the furnace was). After taking measurements, inspecting the unit, etc he gave us 3 options Without blinking an eye, Ronan told us that for us, with our 1320 sq ft house, he recommends what he has in his home..at a price of $22K..that’s $22,000!!!! We quickly said no way, and then he said we’d like the second price better..at $16,000! His bottom price for the cheapest unit was $10,000. He said the good news is that if we signed a contract in the next few days, Anton’s would take off the $406 cost of the capacitor. We politely said we’d think about it. We spoke with others who confirmed for us that those prices were outrageous. We got several other estimates and none came anywhere near those prices. We called Anton’s and asked to speak to the owner/manager first about the charge for the capacitor, thinking maybe it was an error, and we wanted to discuss the outrageous prices of a new HVAC. The woman who answered the phone said the boss was in a meeting but that she’s give him the message and he would call us back ASAP. To date we have heard nothing back..no return call, nothing. Very unprofessional .

From the initial phone call to the in home estimate to the day of services, everything went incredibly well. They are very informative and never pushy. Anton’s Air Conditioning and Heating installed a tankless water heater. We are so happy to never run out of hot water. The installers were very professional. I highly recommend Anton’s!

Fantastic job installing my new water heater. The employees at Anton’s are efficient, professional and really likable people. They arrived on time and got the job done effortlessly. I also loved how they treated my home like it was their own by making sure nothing was damaged or ruined. They cleaned up everything and it didn’t even look like they had been here. I give Anton’s an A+ for the installation of my water heater.

I always recommend Anton's to family and friends who need HVAC services. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is top notch! All of their technicians are very professional and considerate and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Ronan just came out this morning to do our annual A/C inspection. The service was excellent as always. He took the time to explain everything and made recommendations. I never felt pressured, and I trust this company to take care of my HVAC needs. They've got a customer for life!

The maintenance service was very easy to schedule. The service tech was punctual, professional and very thorough. We had them provide a quote on a subsequent repair; however, we went with a different provider due to price/availability.

He came very much as a sales person push for other services.

The service from the first phone call through the follow up visit were professional, courtesy, and was done quickly. My husband and I had just had our first child when the furnace decided to go out (as it would happen, of course). They placed an emergency order for us and were able to have the new furnace installed within a few days of calling.

The Technician was on time and professional. He was knowledgeable about the work he was performing.
