SKIP'S HAULING

We needed to have a broken sofa recliner hauled away since the new one would be arriving in two days. After talking with Skip's Hauling this morning, my husband and I decided to have two old power lawn mowers, one old push mower, two broken vacuum cleaners and an old king size waterbed mattress hauled away along with the sofa. We were told by Skip's that they could pick up the items today between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. A truck from the company arrived just about in the middle of that time period. Tim was by himself and it was amazing to see how quickly he was able to load all of our items including the sofa recliner on the truck and secure them properly with no help from us. He was courteous and professional. We felt the price for the job was reasonable and we would definitely use Skip's Hauling again in the future.

He came out and did a superb job. Very courteous and nice. He was very efficient.

We had a garage that was jammed to the rafters full of junk and we decided we'd rather have a garage than the junk. We called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to come out the next day. They gave us a window of 1:30 - 3:30. Showed up at right at 1:30. They hauled away all of our stuff. They were friendly and professional.

I did not want to put it in a Dumpster, which is illegal where I live. I thought the price was very high for the size of pile|I had - perhaps 10 wheelbarrow loads. But the pile needed to go.

They hauled away about 4 cubic yards of old junk from our basement. Skip's Hauling was efficient and reasonably priced.

We had debris from 3 encounters, one storm damage and 2 loads as a result of construction. The two men arrived as planned and made an assessment of the amount of debris in order to quote a price. I thought it (the price) to be fair and of course, I had my 10% off coupon for being an Angie's List member. The men were very friendly and professional. They wasted no time in loading the truck, I paid them and off they went. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a "no fuss" experience in ridding their property of debris.

I called Skip's around 8:30am on Monday. They asked if I wanted the service the same day. I said yes and we agreed on 11 am to 1 pm. Two guys showed up at 11 am. They looked at what I had and we agreed on $180. They loaded everything and were gone in 45 minutes. What a great deal. Same day service. They showed up on time. Good price and great service. The two guys were very friendly and were careful not to damage anything. I would recommend Skip's Hauling.

I called and they were willing to come the next day. Too soon for me. We scheduled for a few days later and they arrived right on time. They were clean, courteous, and willing to take everything I had which included Plywood, 2x4s with nails still sticking out, old fencing, etc. Lots of stuff from the garage. They even took an old water softener, full of salt, that had been sitting in my basement for 10 years. They were great. Would I use them again. Absolutely!

We had talked with the company's secretary while we were setting up the appointment. They seemed estatic to be able to handle this for us. It was under my impression that there would be at least two people or maybe three. He showed up by himself at 3 PM. He seemed a little arrogant and tried to move everything up the stairs by himself. He had brought a few items up already and all of a sudden he said "eff this" I am out of here. He then walked off, left the premises and drove off.

Initial call I provided a, what I thought accurate list of information. She quoted me a minimum price and that it shouldn't be much more than that. When they got here, I identified what needed to go and then he called his boss and the boss gave the estimate which was considerably higher than my call. I expected it to be higher and so when I told him I was an angie's list customer, we marked off the 10% and then settled on the price. In the end, I thought it was a fair price for what they did.

Came immediately to our home to get the materials. They called about the price being adjusted higher because it was more than they thought from the bit on the phone. It didn't matter what though we still save at least $100 by using Skips. You were professional I driveway is completely cleared it with no remnants of the old deck materials. The people on the phone and the employees were awesome and kind and very sweet. We will definitely use them again in our future projects. We did not even use the coupon because their price was so competitive.

Skip's Hauling provided an e-mailed quote of $185.00 based on a written description provided by me. Knowing that the quote was a little lower than I had estiamted, I decided to give Skip's Hauling approval to pick up the debris. The date and time was scheduled for the next day after agreeing to the work and quoted cost. Skip's Hauling was one hour later than the window I was given, though Skip's Hauling called me about possibly being late. This was not a big deal, as I had a flexible schedule. When Skip's Hauling arrived, I showed them the debris to be picked up and within 5 minutes started to load the debris on the truck. It took approximately 40 minutes to load the truck and secure the load. The final cost was $245.00, still a little lower than I had estimated. The two workers were bery cordial and had a strong work ethic. Highly recommend Skip's Hauling for anyone needing similar services.

Went great! He was prompt, friendly and efficient. He also did not charge my for getting rid of old paint cans even though he has to take them to a different place. GTOJUNK wouldn't even consider taking them.

Kenny (owner's son) was both responsive and courteous. He hauled away my old patio table including 6 chairs within 2 hours of my initial contact. I will definitely use this service in the future.

We had a renter that trashed our house and left A LOT of trash (furniture, appliances, clothes, toys, etc) in the garage. Skip's guys came out and complete cleaned the entire thing out and it looked great. They were on time, friendly, professional and helpful.

They showed up when they said. Hauled off everything in a couple hours work. Only thing I wasn't happy about, is they had to have a check right away, and didn't leave any paperwork for me to turn into the insurance company. They told my Husband they would email us a receipt by 8pm, and here it is 9pm still no receipt. We would use again if needed

Courteous workers. They made many trips up the stairs & were done in an hour.

The person came on time ,very professional,I was even able to add items to the list ,I would recommend him .

Overall it went well. Came out on time for the appointment we had for the estimate. We arranged a date and time to come out. They were late but they did show up. After they finished loading up the truck, the price was slightly more than what the estimate that was given. But there was nothing in writing so we paid the higher price. I would advise getting the cost in writing before the work is done. All in all. It was a pretty straightforward job. Better than us dragging things up and down the stairs out to the driveway and hauling it off !! So that was worth the price!

Friendly crew arrived and went right to work. Had an assembly line going and had the cement loaded in no time. Very happy with the work that was done.

Called Skip on Monday and scheduled hauling for Thursday. His worker called before he arrived. He quoted a price of $525. He called to get another man to help as there was so much to be hauled. They earned every penny of that $525. I don't have a walk out basement so they had to make numerous trips up the basement steps. They were very professional, pleasant and never complained. Their truck was full to the brim when they were finished. Took almost 3 hours. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent job! The only way I could tell they were even here was that the hot tub was gone!

Called and ball-parked an estimate, then showed up to confirm a price. My estimate of cu.yd. of junk was a little low, but we came to a reasonable agreement on price. literally 20 min later, the entire pile of junk and debris was on the truck. They even took the time to sweep up and leave a clean garage afterwards! One of the few businesses I have worked with that still understand the value of customer service and professionalism. Would gladly recommend and/or rehire them in the future.
