We are sorry that our professional attitude was mistaken for unfriendliness by (member name removed). Despite the fact that (member name removed) had twice as much material as described in his email, we only charged him 20% more than the originally quoted price, and there was no extra charge for carrying items from the basement. (member name removed) seemed fully engaged in other projects around the house (painting, repairs, etc.) and his wife was in a meeting in the front of the house. We did not want to bother them, so we went about our work. Due to the location of the house, Skip even asked (member name removed) if perhaps they had attended the same high school, since Skip grew up in the same area. Skip felt he was as friendly as the situation allowed. We took every single item we agreed to take, and left so as not to bother the (member name removed) as they seemed very busy with multiple ongoing projects. We would welcome the chance to work for them again, as they were very decent, agreeable customers! We our sorry for any offense they took.
